Farmer Boys purchases the freshest ingredients locally, whenever possible. It is embodied in our mascot and head of security, The Scarecrow, whose mission is to protect and serve farm fresh food. I heard about a limited-time offer called the Bacon big cheese box for $9.99 from my family. It included a burger, a drink, and a side of fries, the food was prepared quickly. It was fresh and quite good. I only ever noticed an older crowd in there. But overall, it was a satisfying affordable meal.

3 weeks ago I put a good review on for this location. I eat a lot of salads, but the last 2 times I’ve been here. The salads are not as full as the other locations. The last time.
I bought a second salad because it was so lacking.
It’s 9:30 at night.I’m out of option. So I was trying this location again, because i’m running out of time. They are supposed to close their dining at 10:00 but the doors are locked & the girl totally ignored me at 9:27. This location really gives the other locations a bad rap!

I visited on January 27, 2026 (Order #104) at 7:41am on 41300 Kalmia St., Murrieta, CA, 92562 and asked about the $7.99 platter. My initial plan was to break it up over two days because of my health condition, but when they said it was dine-in only, I politely asked if they had a kids meal instead. Michelle and someone in the back laughed at all my questions in a condescending way that made it seem like I was being cheap for asking about smaller/cheaper options. There were no cars behind me and I wasn’t holding up anyone.
When I asked about syrup at pickup, Michelle said, “They’re in there mhm, thank you,” in a rude tone. It didn’t feel like simple bad service, it felt mean and judgmental. I eat at Farmer Boys often and usually enjoy it, but this location made me feel embarrassed and looked down on. No customer should be humiliated for asking about price or portion size, especially for health reasons.
I hope management understands how deeply this type of treatment can affect someone, it left me feeling hurt and unwelcome in a place I normally enjoy.

Customer service from the girl in the middle had my blood pressure go up. Loud and rude for no reason at all, very short temper. Everyone else made up for her rudeness. The food was okay, I don’t know what was going on with my fried zucchini but my sourdough avocado chicken was good. First and last time dining at this franchise, I’ll take my dollars elsewhere. It’s obviously not wanted here.

I met a friend for lunch, and it was her first time at Farmer’s Boys. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad. She ordered herself a Breakfast Burrito with Bacon and Sausage. I asked them to put my salad on a to go container since I knew I wasn’t going to finish it all. I enjoyed the creamy salad dressing, and the lettuce was crunchy and fresh to me. The young lady who took our order did a good job, and she made sure to bring us extra napkins. I made sure to let the cooks and staff know I enjoyed my meal and service by ringing the bell on my way out. Thank you!
