Farmer Boys purchases the freshest ingredients locally, whenever possible. It is embodied in our mascot and head of security, The Scarecrow, whose mission is to protect and serve farm fresh food. Major shout out to Britney; Liandeny; and Molly truly setting the bar for excellence with regards to customer service. I appreciate you getting my order right and getting it in a fast manner. I ordered the pancake platter for my daughter. The double big cheese box for my wife. For myself, I ordered the. 1/3 natural avocado, bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries as well as a big cheese. All the food was absolutely delicious. We have to visit this farmer boys again in Lake Elsinore, California.

“Jass” gave me the first worst experience at this location, after working in lake Elsinore for 3 years and being a regular customer I will not be back due to her petty comment. Everyone is so awesome and kind every time I’ve gone not sure what happened today! I have never had any customer service worker ever give me an unpleasant comment. I had gone about two weeks ago for into the facility rather than drive thru, I had no problem with waiting at all but of course as a regular human being would do after 15minutes of waiting for a to go order is simply ask if it were almost ready because you’ve been waiting for 15min (no snotty attitude). I never had a complaint at that I continued to wait for my order and when it’s ready I took it and had left with no issues. Today I returned before work for the same order but this time drive thru so I didn’t have to wait long or have my order forgotten. When the drive thru worker “Jass” handed me my order she proceeds with the comment in a snotty tone “I had them not make you wait 15min” followed by a chuckle, not only her but the other worker around her. I was at a loss for words and couldn’t even say anything back but think if she really just said that petty comment to me with a chuckle. She made me feel like I was bothering by simply asking for my to go order not only that I felt embarrassed, do not do that to people. We come here with great spirits happy to spend our money, but when comments like that are made and you make your customers feel like they’re a bother and embarrass them in front of other co workers IS NOT OKAY. I work in customer service myself and have NEVER made unnecessary comments to anyone before even on a bad day. I don’t know if she thought it was cool or funny or okay or even know her true intentions were, but I felt like a bother just for simply asking for my food. I am a grown woman and I did not need a kid giving snotty or unnecessary comments, when I never even complained to begin with. Looking for a new stop instead of this location now. Thanks “Jass”.

I had a great experience at Farmer Boys! I ordered the Cobb Salad with honey mustard dressing, and it was incredibly fresh. The ingredients were crisp, the portion was generous, and the honey mustard added the perfect touch of sweetness and tang. To top it off, I had an iced coffee, which was smooth and well-balanced—just the right complement for a satisfying lunch. The service was friendly, and the food came out quickly. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Excellent service in good value. Just be careful when ordering something because the price is a little bit different if you use their app or not. This is not a complaint just an oversight on my part. The restaurant was clean the service was on point no complaints whatsoever

Never had this place before but thought we would try it for a quick bite during a drive. The place is big with lots of seating and very clean. Food came out quickly and was hot. I got a patty melt and my husband got fish and chips. Staff was great, even cans around to see how everything was. That doesn’t usually happen at fast food type places.

The southwest salad was very fresh and full of flavor. Their homemade ranch was delicious. The wait in the drive through was long. We were the only ones in drive through and it took about 25min.

The owner and employees are nice. The employees greet you when you come in and food comes fast (when it’s a short line). When they get your order wrong they are glad to fix your meal. Everyone is very helpful and the place is clean.
