First, the staff here are spectacular. Two guys behind the counter knocked it out of the park with their service and genuine enthusiasm. I told them this was my first visit and they lit up. They emphatically enjoyed the food themselves and shared some personal favorites. For a fast food burger, it was quite tasty. I’ll assuredly be back to this specific location to explore more of the menu.

I placed an online order. I drove up to drive thru to pick it up (I am able to this at the other location). The person running the drive thru asked how I was, and after I responded I didn’t get any further acknowledgment. I waited for about 5 minutes. She still hadn’t acknowledged me, so I drove up to the window. She saw me, made eye contact, and then proceeded to walk away. Mind you they weren’t busy. There were 2 customers in the establishment. I waited an additional 5 minutes until she finally came to the window. Immediately defensively she asked “did you order at the speak”? I responded no I placed an online order. She responded by saying “you have to come inside for that.” I responded with it would have been nice if you actually acknowledged me at the speaker and informed me instead of wasting my time. Nowhere on the website or the pick up info does it state you have to go inside for online orders. When I got home my food was like/ cold and to top it off I was missing items. I paid well over $70 dollars to be missing items, my food was cold, my drinks were warm and watery because the ice was almost completely melted, the avocado in my burger was browning, there was an excessive amount of mayo in the chicken sandwich to the point it ended up all over the place , and some stringy bits in the chicken. I called to inform them I was missing items, the person on the phone didn’t give their name and said they could either take my name down or I had to call customer service. There was no apology/accountability for not giving me my food I paid for. I am highly disappointed with my food today. This location needs to work on their customer service. I won’t ever return to this location.

The burgers here are pretty good. Went here for my first time on a lunch break @ work and I was looking @ Grubhub and found this spot. I went on their website and placed my order and right when I got there it was ready to go. Great atmosphere and great food!

I typically like to go to this location because its near my house and the food is always fresh but all it takes is one bad customer service representative to ruin the experience. Ashley was extremely rude and condescending. She was walking back and fourth bad mouthing me to another rep. I saw my food was ready and she placed it on the counter and stated I will wait. This is completely unacceptable behavior. All because I respectfully declined to pull into a parking spot and wait (eta was not able to be provided) .

Usually very good service and quality, but something has changed. Hotcakes were dry and barely warm, scrambled eggs were overcooked with a brown crust on them. Not very busy, but food took over 10 minutes to my table.

Great service and great food. During the pandemic I had forgotten about this place. So glad we went back. We had the Cinnamon Roll pancakes, a Chicken Salad, and a Chicken sandwich. The hot items were hot and the chilled items were chilled. Everything was fresh and prompt. The salad was huge–enough to take the leftovers home for lunch the next day! Not many were in the restaurant and the staff was polite and friendly.

There’s one particular Female employee who consistently refuses to take certain orders at night. This has happened at least 4 times over the past month. Whenever she’s working, the shake machine is always “being cleaned,” “not working,” or suddenly split salads and shakes can’t be made.
It’s frustrating because this only seems to happen with her. As customers, we pay a lot for the Farmer Boys experience, It’s not cheap and we expect the quality service that comes with that. If we wanted excuses, attitude, and “the machine is broken” energy, we’d go to McDonald’s and pay a lot less.
We genuinely like Farmer Boys and often hope someone else is working, but every time she’s there, there’s a new reason why our order can’t be made. At this point, it feels like laziness rather than an actual issue.

Ordered a California BLT, paid to for pepper jack cheese. There was no cheese. The bread was soggy. The lettuce definitely not fresh, very wilted. Spent $60.00 for nasty no flavor food. This place used to be so good. The cook should be ashamed of themselves for serving soggy sandwiches.

The value for the food provided is just not there. Want a drink with your breakfast? Its a 5 dollar orange juice. This is so not worth it. Im litterally in the store right now and will never be back again. Too pricey for bland food. The onelete looks like trash and so does the french toast

This place is horrible and disgusting. I went thru the drive thru and they got my sandwich wrong I had to go back while on my lunch break and get the sandwich made again. Then left when I open it and took a bite it was disgusting like the meat tasted fake. So i called and the manager answered and told me they ran out of meat and bought that. She said she was sorry and she wanted to give me a free meal and I said no because I’m not getting sick. Please don’t eat there if they can’t be honest about their food then they should not be in business.
