I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and while it had potential, it missed the mark in a few areas. The chicken itself was slightly undercooked, which was hard to overlook. The size was massive — some might see that as a plus, but the proportion between the chicken and the bread felt off.

The seasoning was where things really went wrong. It seemed like they just poured on cayenne pepper, and that’s all you could taste. It was so strong you could practically inhale it. If they had taken the time to properly season the chicken instead of overwhelming it with one spice, the flavor could have been amazing.

That being said, the sandwich’s overall structure and concept were great, and the service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and quick.

Would’ve loved to try them out but after 40 minutes for one smash burger I was out. I had ordered other food from other trucks around and got my food at a reasonable time so I didn’t care to wait. I tipped the tablet ahead of time and my “service” included no human interaction other than “it’s going to be another 10 minutes” after 30 minutes of waiting around.
Whether or not I don’t get refunded my ~$15 I’d rather find a burger literally anywhere else or choose between another food truck.
Point blank: it doesn’t take 45 minutes to make one smash burger folks. Especially if you’re paying for it.

Ordering from the tablet was a bit annoying. Hard to see the screen a little challenging making sure our order was right ( it wasn’t). Service was fast enough and friendly fixing our order (fried didn’t get added because we didn’t choose a condiment we didn’t want). An easier to read tablet or shield would have been a great improvement.

We were the only customers. We received our food is ready text about 5 minutes before it was actually ready. Wait time was fine.

Burger was good. Not life changing. Patty was flopping around over the bun which gave out halfway through my little beast. A bit dry.

Fries were cooked really well but mostly stubby little fries. I would much more prefer fries longer than an inch or inch and a half. A bit too salty for my taste as well.

Overall, burger and fries were good though a bit overpriced for the quality. I’m probably will not be back.

Strawberry salad ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
– slightly too much dressing
– slightly soggy strawberries, might be on purpose, maybe canned? Or over ripe on purpose?
– good flavor

Beast burger ⭐⭐✨
– like boiled tasting- sort of soggy
– first couple bites were good bc of the crisp
– second half was really not enjoyable had to pick out the pickles, didn’t even finish
– was relying on the butter and sauce, the meat isn’t great

Fries ⭐⭐⭐
– love how crispy they are
– way too salted

Strawberry lemonade ⭐
– not drinkable
– literal diabetes

The spicy Chicken burger was AMAZING! I also go the Abalcore Tuna burger, but it needs a change on the buns. The texture throws off the enjoyment and flavor of the burger as tou eat it. Should replace it with a crispy rice bun with seaweed which will help compensate the seared fish burger. Too much sauce also makes the bun become too soggy.

Hard to beat a great Smash Burger!
And they have creative and delicious Specials most Weekends, keeping the options fresh.

The Girlfriend loves their Salads and I have a hard time ordering anything other than a Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

Coming from a big fan and frequent customer, it’s worth a try.

Have wanted to try them for a long time. Went to the 23rd location a few times only to turn away because of the long line. (And crazy people hanging around.)

Finally got here tonight. I’ll just say I won’t be going to most of the other burger places any more.

The Beast Burger is a double smash urgee with cheese. I orders grilled onions on it and had them hold the pickles. Omg- just phenomenal. As close to a perfect smash burger as you can get. Crispy edges- but still juicy, American cheese and an amazing house made sauce. You can order a triple or a quad too.

The fries were great too. Salty and fresh. Perfect with their house sauce too. Kind of a fry sauce or remoulade- but so good.

Can’t wait for my next visit. So good!

I believe this is their second location, and it’s in the Westside. The food cart is in the same area as the new Beeakside Brewery location. We ordered the triple smash burger, chicken skewers, and seared ahi salad. The food was great and satisfied our hunger. It’s a great addition to the area.

Best burger in Beaverton! I’m serious. This smash burger is cooked perfectly with quality toppings. The fries are great, too! This is my favorite on the west side – better than any restaurant, cart, or fast food place.

I had lunch here with some friends a couple of weeks ago on a Friday and arrived at 11:45a and it was easy to get a table on the patio and it was a nice day. Decided to try the smashburger at Farmer and Beast and it was REALLY good. My friend had the impossible burger version and he liked it a lot too. I took two points off for service as I ordered on their iPad and input my GoogleVoice number and they were supposed to text me when my food was ready. They never did. I had to go up and ask for my food and it was just sitting there ready for pick up.
