A great local place with a creative menu and great food. The menu changes constantly. I had the fried oysters and the burger. Both excellent. The oysters were some of the best I have had. The burger was not over cooked. Enjoyed the kimchi sauce with the burger. My wife had the chowder as a starter. Came with 3 nice scallops on top. Then she had the steak and seafood both were well prepared. We finished with the berry cake. Super full but a great dinner.

As a 1st time customer, Me and my husband dinner date was a success!! We enjoyed everything about dinner, atmosphere, waitress, EVERYTHING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Special thanks to our waitress Amber C, she was friendly, professional, and checked on us frequently! Will be coming back soon!

Small, intimate restaurant. Amazing, imaginative food. A lot of it is locally sourced. It is on the expensive side, but the quality and the artistry make it completely worth the price. Can’t believe such a great place is in such a small town! We had the rockfish, the diver sea scallops and the lobster escargot style. Everything was fantastic including the service and the live piano music!

Absolutely incredible food. We ate here for brunch and also for dinner on a recent stay in Gloucester. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the chef is a genius, and the atmosphere was perfect for an upscale meal while also being the right vibe for our 11 month old (an incredibly tough balance to strike!). I was blown away by the scallop entree and my husband could not get over how perfect the flounder with crab was. We will definitely be back.

Came to brunch with my daughter and son in law. Both were former chefs so when they want to try a place, I’m in!

SIL ordered Huevo Ranchero, superb! The chimuchuri was classic. Chicken and waffles, definitely recommending. Very juicy and huge portion. The shrimp and grits came out unexpectedly soupy. Not sure if intentional?? The shrimp bang bang as appetizer is a must have.

Wonderful restaurant! The Bang Bang shrimp small plate was delicious, as were the Salmon entree and the flounder entree. Also the Berry Cake is superb. They serve huge portions so you’re really getting a bang for your buck. Ambience and service were also excellent. Definitely recommend.

Ordered the Farmasea Breakfast with sausage, 2 eggs over easy. The sausage was like Italian sausage & not cooked on a grill more like steamed or microwaved causing the dish to be extra greasy. No toast on the plate, 1 egg well fried. Not good. The Chicken & Waffles could have been really good if the grease that was used was fresh & not shared with other food that is fried. We ordered a virgin bloody Mary that came in a huge glass $4 & a margarita served in a champagne glass $11. I have never received a mixed drink that cost so much in such a small glass. Our waitress delivered our food and literally disappeared. We waited & waited. We never saw her at all. About 45 minutes later she appeared and we checked out. We always tip really well but on this day…not so much. We won’t go back.

These guys just started and there’s something special going on here. We came for our 40th anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Service was fast, efficient, and courteous. The special scallops were off the chart good and the chowder they came in was sublime. We both enjoyed my sweet potatoes, the steak and brussel sprouts were fine, the pimento spread and Virginia ham hit the spot and we had a great time. If anything there was too much food and we had to box up.

Edit a few days later: The only thing I would tell the chef is to half the sprouts and add/reduce something to pull their roasted flavor down a tad…they can overwhelm the other items on the plate.

Was in area for work related schooling & decided to check out one night for dinner. Wow!!! Wife & I both had the sirloin fillet w/lobster stuffed baked potato…..definitely would give it high remarks. Food was phenomenal!!! Also had some kind of Lemon desert that was just as delicious. Our server was Jessica & i cant give her enough praise. She couldn’t have been anymore attentive & professional.
A great find & I hope they can continue to strive. Thank you all for the wonderful meals!!

Service was good once they did their changeover. The portions were huge, but the eggs on my husband’s plate were burned, and chorizo had no flavor. My food was ok, the scrambled eggs did taste a bit overdone but I didn’t really mind. What I did mind was that the toast tasted like propane! The potatoes and bacon were really good though. We would consider coming back, maybe just not for breakfast.
