1st time there…. Definitely 1 star. I voiced my concerns to mangement the next day and they made it right. The fish taste good but was salty both times. The chicken fried chicken was good. Pinto beans good. And the long awaited baked sweet potato was delicious! I am big on consistency so we will try it one more random time to see how it goes.

Last night, I had the pleasure of visiting farmhouse restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was very welcomed.I decided to order the fisherman’s platter and a shrimp dinner, and I have to say, both dishes exceeded my expectations. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cooked to perfection, I was genuinely impressed by how well everything was prepared. What truly made the evening special, though, was the outstanding service we received from our waitress, Genesis. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, she handled everything with grace. Genesis was not only kind and polite, but she was also remarkably hardworking and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive, and her friendly demeanor added to the overall warmth of the evening.I wholeheartedly recommend this farmhouse restaurant to anyone looking for the combination of delicious food and exceptional service has certainly won me over, and I can’t wait to return for another meal!

Our server was Edgar and was very helpful with comments and suggestions.
Decided on the shrimp and catfish combo for my wife and myself.
I took away one star for the tartar sauce. While it wasn’t bad, it was lacking. I’d give it a solid 7 out of 10 but definitely not a 8 out of 10.
Just under $30 for the meal without the tip.
Large portions of the entrees but the sides were small. Great but small.

Farm House Restaurant is delicious and there is plenty of space for you, no matter how big the party. The fries were delicious as were my chicken bites wrapped in bacon. I need to try a burger next time as those also looked great. Shout out to Jessica, my wonderful server!
