No idea about the atmosphere as I ordered Door Dash. Weary of ordering DD, because of a bad previous experience. But I’m with family at Emory. Rating is more like 4.85 stars, only a small ding due to temp of the burger. Otherwise the burger was exactly % as ordered. Thus the 5 stars for service. Tender, juicy, and flavorful 50/50 bacon burger with fresh jalapeños and pepper jack cheese.

The reviews are not at all a reflection if the quality of the food. The has 0 seasoning not even salt. Everything was cold(waited for the order) and the tomatoes and lettuce were frostbitten. The parm fries were a mixture of old and new fries. Absolutely, disgusting so much so that we chose to toss the food. The purpose of my review is to inform because this was my first experience and I chose this organization solely off of the reviews. A complete fail. This was a to go order.

Listen! Vegan/vegetarian friends! You need to try the housemade vegan burger!! It is amazing !! Everything about it was delicious ! I am 50 minutes away and I can’t wait until my next visit! Plenty of parking for patrons. The bathrooms are clean as well! The whole vibe here is welcoming! My hubs and daughter both got the chicken burger (#4) and both said it was so good and juicy ! I was there around between 5 pm and 517 pm today Sunday October 5, 2025 picking up a GrubHub order for customer named Michelle K? . Upon entering, I grabbed some paper towels from one of the tables, showed a black male employee with dread locs my phone with the customer’s name and order information on the screen, but before I got the order , I told this male employee and the others standing around him that I needed a restroom first, this same male employee said, “I could have given you napkins.” I proceeded to restroom telling him it’s okay. I pressed the lock button on the door two to three times trying to lock it, but I was in a hurry hoping not to urinate on myself. After I used the restroom, I went over to the sink where the napkins were, but before I could pull my pants up… At this time, that same black male employee came and snatched the restroom door open seeing my naked ass with my pants and underwear down to my ankles.. He just said, “Ouh” And hurried back to the bar /register area where I first saw him upon entering the restaurant. He did not knock. I don’t work there and had no idea the restroom door doesn’t lock, but he and the other employees must know the door doesn’t lock. This is unacceptable. My public, privacy rights have been violated causing me embarrassment and distress, and more. I reported this to GrubHub who said they will reach out to the restaurant.

My last visit was not good experience which was reflected in my review. The owner reached out to me via email requesting that I return to try again. He was very professional and friendly. I went back and this time it was excellent! I had a double cheeseburger with a fried egg and grilled onions. The burger was fresh, cooked to my request and juicy! The fries are always good! Thanks to the owner, because excellent customer service nowadays is very hard to get but it means a lot and goes a long way. I highly recommend Farm Burger. True rating – 8.5 out of 10!

I generally dislike having to order (and tip) prior to sitting and being served. This place is no different, although I will say the staff was very polite and welcoming. We ordered, tipped based on 45 seconds of interaction, and took a seat at the window. Kale slaw was amazing, and our food came out quickly. My burger was good, and my wife enjoyed her hush puppies and salad with burger toppings. Minus one star due to ordering before you sit down, so annoying!

Best burger spot in town in my opinion! I come here frequently for lunch since it’s walking distance from my job and their food has been consistently good! Sometimes I’ll switch it up and get a salad (love their farm salad!). They also change up their menu frequently which I love since I like trying new things. Customer service is also really great! Love this place and would recommend if you are looking to have a good burger with fresh ingredients!

A buddy and I decided to hit up Farm Burger for a much-needed break, and it did not disappoint !!! Justice, the guy who took our order, was super friendly and really patient with us. He went through the menu in detail and even came back a few times to check on us after bringing our food. They burgers were fresh, juicy, and tasty!!! The fries were loaded with parmesan cheese and were hot. Loki came to our table several times to check on us as well and was extremely nice. Loki was great too; she noticed little things, like my friend needing a top for his soup to take home. The whole team was just fantastic. This place is definitely my go-to for burgers!

I’ve ordered Uber Eats from this Farm Burger many times and it’s usually on point, but this one was disgustingly bad. Stale bun, nasty chicken with the wrong toppings, 4 day old fries with random green things in them. Gross. Threw it in the garbage post haste and went to pickup Grindhouse. Get it together.
