Farm Boy BBQ provided an excellent experience for me and my family. Service was excellent and they were so patient and kind to my family. And the food DEFINITELY matched the service!! Utilizing the right amount of high quality ingredients, they make incredible & creative dishes. They only use USDA Prime beef and their brisket, which had such a delicious, clean flavor. You can really taste the wood smoke flavor from their custom Texas built offset smoker. As an amateur at-home BBQ cook, I can really appreciate the attention to details.

The Mac and cheese was fantastic, all the cheeses paired so well together. It was lower salt than I was used to, but with each bite, you could taste more and more of the cheese itself and it ended up one of my all time favorite Mac and cheeses.

The corn was incredible, as were the potatoes. Sometimes barbecue places are a bunch of unhealthy ingredients thrown together that can taste pretty good but don’t really feel cohesive. At Farm Boy BBQ, no dish felt like a menu filler, everything was thoughtfully curated. 5 stars!

This dude blends his own andouille sausage and it’s incredible! The brisket and pork don’t need sauce, but their sauce is also too good not to dip into. Great sides. Generous portions. Very nice people!

I am new to the area. It was my first time ordering from here tonight. I got takeout pulled pork. There’s no special science to making poled pork. It was dry. I had one small cup of sauce and it was in large chunks. Hard as a rock. Might I add? The collard greens were edible, certainly not the most delicious. I’ve ever had the corn bread was dry and the macaroni and cheese was cold highly disappointing. It was my first time eating there. And I was really in the mood for some good barbecue. I ordered at work, so I was kind of stuck with what I got and for $30. It’s certainly not worth it. You couldn’t pay me to eat this won’t be wasting my time and money again.

One of the best experiences I ever had. We came to this restaurant around 720 when they close at 8 o’clock we walked in with four adults and six kids. Most people were the roller eyes or I’ve gotten upset that we came this late. We asked if it was OK if we could eat and understanding how late it was and we were OK with getting takeout if we had to The The owners the husband was cooking and the wife was running the front cash register were so friendly. The owner at the cash register said no you’re more than welcome to stay. We stayed. She brought stuff to our table. Ask the kids if they want water spend time with our kids last with our kids then The owner who was cooking came in and we talked to them for a while. It was just an amazing experience they are an amazing company. The food was out of this world. They told us the process of how long they smoked the meat for and all the other things that go on with it and you can just tell this is not just a business for them it is a passion. If we lived closer, we would go there probably on a weekly basis. I highly recommend this restaurant not just for the food, but for the A+ service and Specific care you get when you go here.

The food is good but not exceptional. Quite pricey having paid $27 to get two slices of brisket, one sausage, and a very small tray of mac & cheese. Extremely dissapointed that the man pulled out a fresh brisket and I received two pieces of the Flat… I’ve been to many BBQs and getting one slice of the Point is ettiquette. The man also gave me and my coworkers unwarranted attitude.

Hands down the best BBQ in the area. If you like BBQ, this place is an absolute must. Will be coming back the next 100/100 times. All I ask is for a pinch more salt when making the sides. The pulled chicken, Great. The turkey, great. The beef rib, amazing. Especially if you like it peppery. The chocolate bread pudding, ate too fast to take a pic. If you have not made it here yet, you are wrong and need to correct that. Just go. It’s absolutely worth it. FYI, I can be a bit pricey though. Finally, if you are Gluten Free, there are plenty of choices and it’s clearly marked.

Order a two meat plate with brisket and ribs. Brisket had good flavor and was very tender. Ribs tasted great but were not fall off the bone. The cheese spicy corn was good but not really spicy. The banana pudding was amazing

This is a corner location in a strip mall. My daughter and I were traveling and decided to stop in and at 6:30 on a Saturday, they claimed to have no brisket left. Pretty sure all of these restaurants prep brisket in advance so there is no reason to have extra there were literally only two other families when we arrived. What they offered was beef short ribs as a replacement, which cost 50% more than brisket and included the bone in the measured weight. There were also only two people serving at the counter during dinner time. I’d never suggest anyone go to this place.

If you’re anywhere near Malvern, PA, do yourself a favor and stop by Farmboy BBQ. As a service tech, I was there handling work during lunchtime and the smell alone was enough to stop me in my tracks. After finishing up, I couldn’t resist trying it — and I’m so glad I did.

I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich with their outstanding BBQ sauce, and it was absolutely incredible. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. That sauce? Next level. It tied everything together and made every bite better than the last. They even included a bag of chips to go with the meal, which was a perfect touch.

I left absolutely stuffed and completely satisfied. It was worth every single penny spent.

On top of the amazing food, the owner Paul is an absolute pleasure. He’s welcoming, genuine, and truly cares about the people who walk through the door. The kind of owner you can tell takes pride in what he serves. That level of hospitality makes the experience even better.

I will definitely be back, and I’ll recommend Farmboy BBQ to anyone who crosses my path. Incredible food, great portions, and even better people.

10/10.

Also… their additions in the dining room like having full ketchup bottles and bbq sauce bottles at every single table , plus a fresh roll of paper towels at each table, the perfect, thoughtful touch.

Thanks again!

Came into this place on a Friday, shortly after 5pm. Was immediately told: there is no more brisket and no more beef sausage.

Red flag

How can you run out of brisket at a place that purports itself to have Texas BBQ? Decided to stay – ordered chicken, ribs, and pork sausage with Mac & cheese.

Red flag place was empty

Red flag pork sausage was undercooked

Red flag Mac and cheese tasted like unseasoned anger

Good concept for PA where good BBQ can be hard to find. But no bueno. This place is not it. If you’re starving, it might help. But if you want quality BBQ, go somewhere else.
