We have ordered from Farleys a lot over the years, but it’s been a few months since we ordered. It’s always been good aside from one other time which we thought was a fluke because the time after that it was good. But I’m sad to say we are very disappointed! If we weren’t so hungry and tired, I would have driven it straight back. The pizza was so thin, the crust was tough like it was overcooked and it was cut weird. Who cuts pizza like this?? I want a normal slice of pizza. Because it was so thin, it was not enough for our family of 4 so we had to make something else! Overall, it wasn’t great tasting either. Not what we usually expect from them. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the delivery driver was friendly and apologized for it taking so long. Not sure we will order again if they don’t care about the quality they are serving. The inconsistencies need to be fixed. You can’t have normal crust, regular sliced pizza one time and then the next time have thin, kiddie sized cut pizza.

WOW WOW come to visit my parents and we ordered take out from Farleys for our first time and all I can say is super impressed!!!!! Timely manner on getting it cooked, great flavor, looks as good as any pizza cooked, tastes as good as it looks. Very impressed with this pizzeria restaurant. So good I will be sure to order again when we come to visit parents.

I placed an order today 8/4/25 @7:46 pm my card was charged, I never received my order or a phone call back or anything. I tried calling and realized the pizza shop was closed. This is unacceptable and horrible !! Not sure what was the issue. a phone call would’ve been thoughtful. Now I am going to try and see if I can get my money back tomorrow. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Farley’s pizza is great, it actually reminds me of a nice slice of New York style pizza. They have only outdoor seating, and a hole in the wall type place to purchase the pizza’s, but we do take out and delivery and it’s Great! The sauce is good not too sweet or spicy, I like the caramelization on the cheese, and the amount of grease is kinda perfect. You get a nice ninja turtle look to your pizza, it’s floppy but not saggy. The pepperoni bits are amazing also. Customer service is good too, and they are generally pretty fast to make them. Would recommend 9/10.

Wow, wasn’t expecting this. Just moved to Cresswind. I thought the only pizza delivery options were Pizza Hut and dominos. I thought I’d try Farleys. Not only was delivery was quick and hot but it’s the best pizza I’ve had in Charlotte. I ordered thin crust. It was awesome just like I used to get in Chicago. The Italian sausage is exceptional. Very reasonable price. I’m getting hungry just writing this and thinking about it. This is my new go-to.

Ordered a white pizza minus the ricotta and barbalo wings, food was a little on the pricey side for what it is but well worth it, some of the best pizza and wing flavor I’ve had in the area, and even with the 15 minute ride home from the shop my food was still plenty hot and enjoyable. They also offer delivery which is nice because not many places in waxhaw offer delivery.
