Loved it. The meal was amazing. The restaurant was warm and inviting with sparkles of candlelight and bright holiday music. Best part was the staff, students and volunteers. Everyone was so attentive, helpful, and kind.

We didn’t know about this GEM in the middle of the city. Service has been outstanding, the food was marvelous, everything we asked for was done in the best way possible.
Extremely recommended for its amazing quality in food, excellent prices and service. The place is very clean and beautiful as well, we loved the rustic but modern, clean, calm and spacious aesthetic. It’s gorgeous how the sun comes through the big glass windows and hits every corner just right. Good and relaxed lo-fi chill ambience music in a very comfortable volume, you can enjoy it while working or studying, having brunch alone or in company, doesn’t compete with anything and no awkward silence.
We’re very grateful to have come across it on our trip through Seattle, already saved the place to revisit if we’re back in the city and we’re already thinking coming back tomorrow.
Do yourself a favor and do not miss FareStart if you’re passing by Seattle

Wow! My lady and I were pleasantly surprised this morning by finding this wonderfully beautiful restaurant…I didn’t expect the type professional gourmet breakfast that was to come…I ordered just a basic 2 egg bacon and hashbrown plate. But that is not what came out… the eggs albeit scramble yet fluffy with fresh chives and wonderful season. The bacon soft and juicy but the hashbrowns…these were not just hashbrowns, these were layered potato sticks(for lack of a better word) that flaked apart delicately with each pucture of the fork and the flavor of coarse, was to die for!!! We can’t wait to have dinner in the future at this establishment

I love the ambiance and decor of this place. The tall ceilings combined with glass windows all around at this corner location opens up the place in a unique yet private way. Just to top that off, the food here is delicious. Every dish I ordered came just right as described. The dishes themselves are very common American dishes, but you can see and taste the detailed work that went into each plate.

What an amazing surprise! I was visiting Seattle as a tourist and randomly selected this place for my breakfast and wow! Great coffee and the breakfast chorizo burrito was amazing. Service was really friendly, they even told us few sentences in french to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend and will surely come again for a meal next time.I come to Seattle.

Where else are you going to get a DELICIOUS burger and fries in Seattle for $15 at lunch time? Not to mention get to enjoy it in a delightful atmosphere. The new remodel is awesome, there’s tons of space, the food comes out fast and hot, and the staff are sweet and accommodating. Best of all? You’re supporting one of the best non-profits in the city. So what are you waiting for? If you work in SLU you owe it to yourself to grab a coffee or lunch here!
