Came to town for work but had to try the famous “St Louis” style pizza
Sydney was extremely accommodating and friendly even during her most busy times! Food was amazing
Had me googling “provel cheese” since I’ll need some when I go back home to Charlotte!

Absolutely delicious.
Had large 14″ dausage with onions and mushrooms
Cheese garlic bread, house salad, toasted ravioli and fried mushrooms.
Truly good! Will be back. My grandma used to come here all the time and all prior to her passing. I have missed out. New monthly regular here.

It takes me about an hour to get to faraci’s from my house, but it is WELL worth the drive! I pass, I’m not sure, maybe 20 locations? Of that local franchise operation that anyone with any familiarity of the st louis food scene has heard of. Their pizzas are assembled, and i get it, theyre in the franchising business. You can taste the difference, though, when you have a faraci pizza. They truly are crafted with great care. Ive never had a bad one in approximately 50 visits. I certainly wish I could enjoy it more often, but it makes it even more special when I do have the time and my girlfriend and I say to ourselves “screw it, we’re not doing anything today, lets roll out to ellisville!”
Staff is always very friendly, ive never not seen mr faraci there, which shows that he really does care, he’s making pies, not on a boat somewhere, smoking stoagies and counting cash. (Which would be okay, too)
Anyway, if you need your provel fix, and can make it out that way, I promise you, you wont be disappointed in the extra time, money, gas, all that over going to another st louis pizza place.

Faraci Pizza was always our favorite, but we moved away 4 years ago. Just came back to St Louis today for a visit, and went there straight from the airport. Still the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. Excellent toasted ravs as well. Can’t wait to go back!

We run a West County facebook group called West County Social. Faraci Pizza won Best Pizza in West County in our latest Best in the West poll. We of course had to see and taste for ourselves!
The restaurant is larger than I thought it was going to be, they have a large dining area with plenty of seating. The owner Vince was in the kitchen and was so nice to come out and talk with us.
We got the 14″ Faraci Special- sausage, peperoni, bacon, mushrooms and onions. The crust was light and crispy and held all the generours amount of high quality toppings without getting soggy in the middle. They only use high quality provel cheese and you could tell the difference from a standard STL style pizza! The garlic cheese bread was so crispy, ooey and gooey! We had an order of toasted raviolis which tasted fresh not frozen. We also had a tomato salad and this really blew me away! The tomatoes were so ripe and fresh doused in Faraci’s house made Italian dressing topped with crumbles of provel cheese.
The service was excellent our waitress was so sweet and knowledgeable!
Seriously, it was all so good, and even better when we had all the leftovers for dinner the same night!
It was clear to us why they were voted best pizza in West County, and we will be back again and again!!

I love their thin crust pizza and salad. It is all made fresh daily with simple ingredients and tastes amazing every time. They have some of the best St. Louis thin crust style pizza. They also have great tasting meatballs that are made fresh every day. I would definitely recommend them!

To start, we ordered a couple of their meatballs. Delicious! I could have drank their sauce if I could but I knew I would probably get some looks from doing it. This was our first time trying St. Louis style pizza. So what makes it that? A very thin crispy crust with provel cheese and whatever additional toppings you like. It was tasty but honestly not something I could eat regularly. The best way for me to describe this cheese is a cross between mozzarella and processed American white cheddar, so a bit saltier than just your standard mozza. Overall, will definitely be back when in the area again. If you love pizza, might as well try their version!
