We started off with the mac n cheese stuffed pepper as an appetizer and it was absolutely delicious. I should have eaten it as an entree. It was that good! My husband said that the ribs were probably the best he’s ever had. My filet was extremely dry. I ordered it medium rare and it was more like medium well. The clam chowder soup and shrimp cocktail were both ok. My son did not touch the mac n cheese. I tasted it and it was very oily and dry at the same time. They gave my husband a complimentary dessert for his birthday and it was good.
The service was top notch but the food was ok. It was deffintely way overpriced. Good thing we had a gift card but we still had to pay a pretty penny out of pocket.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. It’s hands down the best I’ve had in the area. The steak was cooked to perfection, the mac and cheese was heavenly—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor—and the wide selection of drinks ensured there was something for everyone. The variety and quality of the menu are unmatched.
The staff was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the dining experience exceptional. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant. It’s clear that passion and care go into every aspect of it.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit when I’m back in the area. This place has truly set the bar high for the local dining experiences!
Whenever we come here, we have such a great time. The service is fantastic and the food is delicious. Restaurant and bathrooms are super clean and nicely decorated.
We love the New York Strip and the prawn cocktail, the roasted chicken, and the loaded baked potatoes. Everything is high quality and well-cooked and seasoned. A nice assortment of choices for different tastes.
Everything we have had here is so delicious, we enjoy every moment of our meal. They have a full bar with seasonal drinks to try, and we had a lot of fun sitting in the bar to have drinks and an appetizer.
The only thing I dislike is that they make their own sour mix for drinks. Often when restaurants do that the sour mix is bitter and overpowering. This was so strong you couldn’t taste the drink, just the bitterness. So I would recommend avoiding the sour mix.
This place is *not* fast food. It’s an experience worth having regardless.
If you want to try Santa Maria BBQ and can’t find a grill on the side of the street, this is a good bet alternative.
My least favorite part: the beans. They under cooked them and there was not enough *flavor* in them. Considering these are a staple around here I expected them to do better.
The bay shrimp? Super fun and cute! I love the crunch of the celery
The salad: not just your basic Santa Maria ranch and lettuce salad, had a fancy watermelon radish slice
The bread: properly wood fire roasted
The Ravioli: amazing! Pretty sure they hand make these and my mouth waters remembering them
The lemon meringue tart: so pretty! Very big, share this guy.
Ice tea alert! Delicious they gave me tons of refills
Fun deco, def loud and overwhelming, so wear your loops if you are a fellow autistic
