We frequently order here, and today was the last straw. Everytime we are told 15 minutes, and it’s more like 30-45 minutes. then i found a long straight black hair in my food today. no one wears a hair net, and the lady doesn’t wash her hands in between handle other people’s payment method and food. i will take the drive to vestal to get my food. much better service.

Awesome food, always consistent, and a great local spot! Calling ahead is always good, and they will regularly give you their takeout menu, so be sure to be repeat customers!

Our regular place was closed so we tried take out here. The lady on the phone was easy to talk to and kind during pick up but despite the great reviews the food was not very good. My son did like the sweet and sour chicken and the broccoli was cooked nicely. The fried rice seemed a bit off, bland, and tasted like left overs with an extra sprinkle of green onion. The general TSO chicken was mostly crunchy bits with some sauce and the chicken with broccoli was okay, but the sauce was reddish. I have never had reddish sauce on my chicken and broccoli. Overall, I was hoping to like it, but instead I wasted $30.

Did not even get into the restaurant. I called today and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. People like that don’t need my business and you should not give them yours.

I ate here on a regular basis(1-2x a week) when it was Red Wok. I have ordered from here since and was about to now but it seems all the dinner combinations have been eliminated, menu only shows lunch portions w/only chicken and sea food

This is gem is a rare find. It’s a hole in the wall mom and pop restaurant but the food is fantastic.
