What a refreshing local market and Eatery! So much variety of Mediterranean culture and foods. From Spain in the west, through France and Italy all the way to Lebanon.
They serve their freshly made sandwiches, pizza and pasta from the ingredients and produce available to buy in the shop.
The charming inner garden area with the fountain give the feeling of a local Plaza in a town in Italy or Spain.
I’ve tried some of their French section and tried the Lebanese coffee which were all very fresh and authentic.
Will come back to try more of their items like the crepes or their Italian pizzas and curious to try their gellatto.
Prices are between reasonable to a bit pricy, but quality is top notch!

Pretty different concept where there is a retail space for items from Lebanon, Italy, France and Spain as well items to eat from these areas as well. There is a variety of items in the retail section to check out. I have to highlight the interior work which was fabulous. We did try some of food made in the cafeteria and it was good. They are new and still settling in. Give this place a visit and you will be surprised.

Came here after getting a bagel nextdoor . I have yet to try the food but I am eager to come back and try the Lebanese food. Being of middle eastern descent I’m so happy to have a gem like this just a couple of minutes from my home. The place is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye and they have many unique delicacies from Spain, Italy, Lebanon and France .
I noticed all of the Mediterranean culinary essentials (olive oil, olives, zatar, cheeses, and even snacks)
The pizza looks amazing and I can’t wait to try the Lebanese desserts . It’s worth noting that they are still renovating and doesn’t seem like they are fully open yet. I think once people stumble across this place it will become a town favorite!

this is such a beautiful and spacious store with a good variety of breakfast, lunch and bakery items at reasonable prices. the owner initially helped us, and was so kind, helpful, accommodating and generous. she left while we were there, but her other staff were just as friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, the desserts were amazing, and they had such a cute little shop that we got a few items to take home. i was visiting for a work conference and we decided to stop by here for lunch, but i hope to come back and try some more of their menu in the near future!

Bought this package of Truffle Risotto to give it a shot. I made risotto only once before a few months back; this was SO much easier and with better quality than what I did from scratch! Everything came prepackaged and only required a few teaspoons of olive oil and a few cups of water. 16 minutes later, dinner was ready: Grilled chicken and roasted veggies on a bead of truffle risotto!
Will definitely be back soon to pick up a few more to keep at the ready – and see what other options are available.

Just come here! Had their Lebanese coffee, Alfredo pasta, Jebneh special and ismaleeyeh. Everything was fresh and delicious! Their international market has unique and amazing finds. Will definitely be back!

YOU MUST COME HERE. A creative combination of an artisanal market, restaurant, bakery, and more is what makes up the essence of Fantastic Foods & Flavors. Anthony and Lama use their cultural experiences to curate delicious dishes with imported ingredients from the original countries. My wife and I had the kafta & chicken sandwiches, Italian hot chocolate, and the French waffle with Nutella, Banana, and pistachio gelato. The Italian hot chocolate was rich, decadent, and had a strong but not overpowering nutella flavor. It was to die for and I’m a little disappointed Anthony didn’t want to part with the recipe. Everything I ate exceeded my expectations but my absolute favorite dish was the chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and the combination of the pickles, fries, cabbage, and garlic sauce, wrapped in the pita bread was a flavor bomb. I’ll be going to bed resenting my wife for not letting me order another.

This place is fantastic! Truly. Everything is so well executed, from the food and flavors to the decor, variety, authenticity and service. We were visiting from out of town and went in for lunch, but ended up staying almost 2 hours enjoying the food, assortment of items in the shop, atmosphere, and conversation with the owner. Even the bathrooms were amazing. Everything is so well curated. I can’t say enough good things. We genuinely wish there was a FFF where we live, we would go all the time! I ordered the eponymous Best Chicken Sandwich Ever (which it was), but also ended up walking out with gourmet chocolates, chocolate covered almonds, the best macaroons I’ve eaten since the last time I was in Paris, and a cappuccino better than any I’ve had in recent memory. This place is the real deal and I will go out of my way to revisit Norwood, NJ someday just to eat, shop and drink at FFF. Thank you!

Amazing authentic Mediterranean Cafe and market! They have great quality food from Lebanon, Spain , France and Italy. The atmosphere is so lovely. I love how they have the market divided into these 4 mediterranean countries. My kids enjoyed the lebanese Saj ( thyme bread and cheese bread). The olive oil is authentic and pure from Lebanon. The staff is so warm and welcoming !!! Highly Recommend!!
