Had a great experience here with my daughter on a Wednesday afternoon. We were the only ones seated in our room that was carefully decorated. The owner and her husband both were friendly, explained everything and took great care of us. The menu was wonderful and the tea was lovely. Such a fun time!

(I am a little late with my review but better late than never).
My dear friend and I visited last month (mid- Nov.) to celebrate her birthday. I have been twice before but this was her first visit. She was in awe!! Well, to be honest, we both were!
Sarah, the owner, welcomed us as soon as we walked in with a bright, beautiful smile. I immediately noticed the delicious aromas coming from the kitchen…. like a warm hug for the nose! We were escorted into our own lovely cozy room where we immediately felt like royalty.
The decor was absolutely stunning
It was all done up for Christmas, just spectacular and perfectly festive
The level of detail and passion that Sarah and her husband put into their teahouse is out of this world! There was a sparkly tiara on the table for my friend to wear during our visit! She felt so special. (It was very much appreciated, thank you Sarah)! ♥️
My Mom recently visited a few tea shops in London. When she returned home she told me that tea time there was nice but didn’t hold a candle to Fancy That’s! What a compliment!
My friend is already planning our next visit, this time to celebrate my birthday. She told me she’s counting down the days, lol! I think this is a start to a wonderful tradition!

Such a gem! Fancy That is an adorable spot for adults and children 12 and over. Amazing decor, tea, food and service. Such a treat! We ordered the cranberry rose tea and the indigo punch tea — that one especially was SO beautiful and delicious. The owners mentioned that they decorate for Christmas in October – so we will definitely be back!

My favorite spot in New England for afternoon tea. I went with a friend last year and recently went back again solo. Each experience was extremely enjoyable and relaxing. Sarah and Mr. B are very kind and knowledgeable during my visits! The food is good, the tea selections are always excellent, and the facility is BEAUTIFUL! Can’t wait for my next tea experience in November!

It is ALWAYS such a pleasure to stop by here! My partner is local but I’m based in Florida, this is one of our favorite places to go to when I visit! We’ve had the tea service but the little shop is very cute as well. Owners are the SWEETEST couple ever and it’s such a warm, cute, and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is absolutely precious as well

I love this little tea room. I’ve been at-least 5 times over the past two years. Mother’s Day, Christmas, birthdays. You name it! I love the vibe and the decor is fantastic!!!!!! You can really tell how much love sarah and her husband put into this tea room. Each time I go I notice something different and unique. The food is always very good and the desserts are too cute to eat! Not to mention the wonderful tea options. If you haven’t been here, you MUST give it a try! 🙂

This tea room is absolutely adorable and the perfect setting for a dressed-up afternoon. Each visit feels special, especially on birthdays when they crown you with a tiara! I’ve been there three times and have always enjoyed it. They offer a fascinating range of teas that are both unique and delicious. Make sure to book in advance, especially for weekend visits, and confirm your reservation a few days ahead. One small downside is that their monthly menu tends to be similar year on year, which was a bit disappointing for my annual birthday visits. However, they’re great with dietary needs and allergies if you let them know beforehand.
