Dear Owner (aka Sean),
I’ve eaten at you restaurant a couple of times. On January 1, 2026 (a brand new year) I have to say I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered Uber Eats for my family. Cost me $71.00 USD
You brought out my order and I asked where the soup, salad, and rice were for my two orders of kids steak hibachi. You then told me “no,no..kids hibachi don’t come with rice”. Well per your actual in-store menu, which I had you show me, and the online Uber Eats Menu that I showed you that I ordered from, you completely denied it? Not sure how, because you’re the one that had to write your menu and contact Uber Eats to provide customers the menu. Make no sense to me. Furthermore, you failed to honor what the Uber Eats menu said. Instead of making it right, you decided to tell me as the customer I was wrong and actually had me pay extra to order a soup on the side even though we both looked at both menus together? My husband and I have been coming here for 12 years, we started dating here. The quality has NEVER faltered. I always balk at bad reviews. I don’t know if they experience the world the same way we do. The food is CONSISTENTLY superior. We try sushi EVERYWHERE and nowhere is as good as fancy sushi. We love the Pink Lady roll, the sushi pizza, the tuna amazing, the fire cracker, and the holiday roll just to name a few of our normal go to choices. The same manager has been here the whole time and she always remembers me and my family. She remembers my order and my drink. This place is filled with labor of love. The sushi is expertly crafted. I hope to see them expand and grow to a larger place that doesn’t sacrifice their customer base. Their location helps their business immensely but the size of the space can’t keep up with their popularity. Maybe it’s not a bad thing. They stay open and successful. The food is phenomenal and fresh. One of my favorite restaurants I’ll remember for the rest of my life. I know I am not the only one who feels this way in my family/friend group!

MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN CLERMONT! I’ve been coming here with my family for years. They are so nice, and I’ve never had better sushi in my life. It’s always so fresh, and priced really well too. Their hibachi and appetizers are also delicious. Never had a bad meal or time here. 100% recommended a million times over.

We’ve been here twice now (well, hubby a few more times than I), and it’s been great both times. The fish quality is so high, and the sushi rice is the most flavorful I’ve had. The restaurant itself is minimal frills so they can spend all their time and money on amazing food.
I love that they have knowledge of gluten free options. They do have gluten free soy sauce, and are good about checking or knowing ingredients of their dishes.

If I could give service 10 stars I would! Helen always takes care of me and my family like we are family! Recently I left my favorite cardigan and did not realize it. A few weeks later I come in for lunch and she brings it out to me! She always knows what I want and the food never disappoints!

I love coming here pretty regularly. The service, food, and atmosphere is always fantastic. I recommend going earlier in the day considering it does get pretty packed in the evening. My favorite items are definitely the Treasure Island, Clear Soup, The Hibachi Chicken with veggies, rice, and noodles, & the Sweet Potato & Cream Cheese Roll as you can tell from ordering multiple visits. I also enjoy their Krab Rangoon, Philadelphia Roll, and the Ahi Poke. 10/10 will be back again as always.

This sushi restaurant exceeded my expectations. The moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance, the subtle scent of hinoki wood, and the soft Japanese music immediately set the tone for a pleasant meal. The fish is incredibly fresh especially the salmon belly and uni, which were rich, sweet, and literally melted in my mouth. I love how the chef presents a mini-omakase style, offering just enough variety to appreciate the craftsmanship without feeling overwhelmed. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always quick to refill water or change plates. For the quality and overall experience, the price is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely come back with friends next time!
