My first time visiting this place to buy from their bakery and of course the raisin bread and a slice of lemon cake was old dry and tasted awful just as awful as the service. I will never go back there again, as long as I live!

We went looking for some Familiar Tastes from Back Home in the Islands & “Fancy Loaf Carbbean Bakery” Didn’t Disappoint. 1st Off the Customer Service was Top Teir, Warm & Welcoming.
We tried many of their Baked Goods, Butter Bread (Original & Wheat), Coconut DumbBread, Coconut Drops, Coconut Roll, Coconut Tart, Guava Tart, Raisin Bun, Banana Walnut Cake, Carrot Cake, Sugar Cake . Nothing was Overly Sweet & each item was Special in their own way. Our Favorites were the Butter Bread, Coconut Drops & the Sugar Cakes.
We Also tried some of the Local Drinks like the Passion Fruit, Peanut Punch, Seamoss & Tamarind All Refreshing.

Great experience overall.. Black Cake was shipped to California, arrived within days. It was perfectly intact, smell, looked and taste wonderful. One of my birthday wish was to eat our wonderful Black Cake, thank for making that wish a reality… with appreciation to Sonia for ensuring customer satisfaction. I will not hesitate to order and have items shipped to me here in California.. Blessings

Coming from out of town, this experience was weak. Nobody at the front of the restaurant to greet you, it took extra time to get my food to me that of which was mid.. only thing i liked was the mac & cheese but this is a Caribbean restaurant so of course i’d want more flavor for everything. My dad didn’t like his plate either. I think good feedback would be pay better attention to those that are paying for a service. There should be someone at the front at all times or at least put a bell on the front door so you can be alerted to move to the front so you don’t have customers waiting 6+ minutes to ask a question.

The service and the food is amazing! Every dish we have eaten has been well seasoned and prepared wonderfully! You can always get a smile from the staff as they take your order and fix your plate. If Caribbean food is your thing, try it! I truly don’t believe you’ll be disappointed. And if you are, let them know, they’ll do their best to remedy your concern!

I bought a banana cake and it was so dry it almost choked me. I returned almost immediately to express my experience but the response was not remedial but more explanatory with a mild bothered attitude. This is my first experience as a customer, absolutely disappointing. A suggestion, a simple, “I am sorry you are not pleased with the cake would you like to try something else?” would have made a difference. In this instance where the product was bad, qualitative customer service should have compensated.
