The bagels were delicious. I had a turkey with bacon and lettuce it was ok but could have used more turkey there was only 1 small piece on it and way to much lettuce. I wish I had ordered it with cheese. Hubby had a steak egg and cheese again a little lite on the filling for the price.

Absolutely recommend. Those bagels are off the chain DOH-LICIOUS. Rosie and the 2 Ashley (I think that was their name) all three were awesome, friendly, quick, and super efficient. I had their Breakfast Special… it was so yummy!!!! We also bought bagels to go with their homemade cream cheeses.. one vegetable, the other almond… both awesome. ALL the bagels are fresh and super good. They have my favorite.. Asiago… but now i have some more favorites…. spinach, jalapeño and vegetable bagels…give itca try if you’re in the area… and if you see a long line…. don’t leave .. like I said… they are FAST!!!

Not my favorite anymore. Bagels are ok and the time it takes you to order is ridiculous sometimes. It can also be very confusing to someone who isn’t in there very often when you walk in to order and it’s busy. I’ve been to many bagel places that are much more efficient when ordering. Also the time I was in there, there were three girls on the grill that were fooling around more than working. It was really busy in there and the constant joking around for about 10 minutes was unprofessional to me.

Best bagels in the area! (and lots of cream cheese varieties to boot). I have to fight my children off of the double cheddar and cinnamon raisin bagels, so it’s safest to buy a dozen to spare the combat. Plus, they have great breakfast sandwiches and burritos!

Giving 3 stars because the food is great, but staff is not always the friendliest. When calling in your order, it’s usually a highly uncomfortable experience. I get they get busy, but the customer service could be so much better over the phone.

These are some of the best bagels around! The staff is very friendly, patient, and do their job well. Just be sure to get there early so you get optimal choices for the bagel because after 11 almost everything is wiped out.

This place is a Joke, I came in to order 2 bagels and see the employee pick them up and cut them, I wait like always while all the employees converse, just to be told they don’t have any more bagels that I just ordered and saw when I walked in the store!…. The service here is beyond poor and unprofessional and I will never ever go back! Wish I could give 0 stars

This place is super popular! The line was practically out the door when we arrived. There were so many people waiting we left to do a few errands. We went back after and ordered. It took a long time (seemed all of us had big orders) but the bagels are delicious. They have a great selection of bagels, sandwiches and cream cheese flavors.

My husband and I love fancy bagels food on famington Ave. but the customer service isn’t as great these girls are in their own little world half the time. A hand full of times I’ve gone up to the counter to give my order and just get cut off by side conversations that employees are already having amongst themselves. They hardly ever greet people when they walk in. Today there was a couple standing there for almost ten minutes before one of the employees finally looked up and said something to them. I just don’t get it

I used to come here a lot but service has gotten pretty bad. Went this morning and the girls behind the counter were too busy playing around they got my order wrong not once but twice. I didn’t make a big deal but they were actually very rude to me when I told them it was wrong and got annoyed at me. Just seems like they’re not paying attention when taking orders. Don’t really need that in the morning on my way to work, so will probably go to another bagel place.
