Overall OK. Not quite the fancy freeze experience we were used to in downtown. Lacked nostalgia and professionalism. They were out of vanilla ice cream for my wife’s cone and gave her chocolate instead. Somehow they found vanilla ice cream for all of the shakes? Three or four teenagers were frantically running around the front messing with each other in an unprofessional way. multiple customers walking in and not being acknowledged. The place felt like it really needed an adult. Lol.

Not usually one to leave a review of any kind but the fact that I asked for new fries after trying a few and they turned out to be rock hard and cold, and then received the pictured amount of fries for a $5 large fry is wild to me. Service was fine, the young man working the window was cool about it but this is absurd. Then I get home to find the sundae we ordered is just ice cream, no nuts or fudge. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

They were struggling with the shell dip today. I didn’t mind the mess but it tasted oddly enough like bread? No cherry and not sweet. The staff was friendly when they were helping but it takes a long time to be greeted. Not sure we’ll visit this location anytime soon.

Ordered a burger and fries and 2 shakes via drive thru. When I got home, I noticed my birthday cake shake had chocolate chips in it? The burger was pretty dry and more pickles than burger. I threw out half the burger and attempted to finish my shake, hoping there was one or two chips mistakenly in the shake. Nope. The entire bottom half was a huge cookie dough ball. I should have made cookies. I had to throw that out too.

The Boston shakes are amazing! Love having two desserts in one! However, the burger was just ok not bad but nothing to stand out. The grilled cheese was also a big disappointment as it is just a slice of cheese not even all the way melted between two hamburger buns. Not worth that price for that. Drive thru isn’t as fast as some places but the staff is friendly and helpful.

Today the entire staff stood their ground that when I ordered 3 huckleberry cheeseburgers…and paid for cheese, that if I don’t proactively tell them what kind of cheese, then we don’t want cheese. Not once was I offered cheese, But we had to pay for said cheese. Never again. Too bad.

IT WAS DELICIOUS. I got a bacon cheese burger and it was cooked to perfection, meat was NOT dry, and the pickles are AMAZING!!!! Shake wise I ordered a Chocolate Oreo, in my opinion the skates are okay not amazing, however, this is just myself and everyone else i know Loves theses shakes. I got there ranch for my fries and it was so good, i am very picky about ranches and there ranch definitely hit the spot. 10/10 will come here and eat again.

This place has gone downhill fast. I’ve eaten here for years, but the last 6 months to year have had multiple bad experiences. Twice I’ve gotten milkshakes with mostly ice cream, little-to-no fruit or candy bar in it. And we were the only ones there, went through the drive-through and had to ask after a minute of silence if anyone was there or if they were open. Service and quality are at an all-time low – We will not be going back there again (and will caution our friends after these experiences). Sad deal…

The staff was remarkably patient with the kids as they drooled over all the endless possibilities of milkshakes and even recommended his favorite flavor combinations.
The food was exactly as expected, however, the onion rings were a chart-topper.
Overall, a fantastic experience for our weekday family dinner and dessert.
