Atmosphere: Crowded front counter area. Service: Can be chaotic due to crowded ordering area. Some staff seem angry, others, bored. Food: Used to have the best bagels around. Now the bagels look good (still large) but lack flavor and are spongy. Don’t think they’re cooked enough. My favorite, the marble (pupernickle and rye) are now just rye (not a trace of pupernickle) and are tasteless. What a waste of money. A real disappointment after going there for over a decade.

I ordered a turkey, bacon and cheese, extra turkey bacon on my sandwich. I literally have three pieces of turkey bacon cut in Half and sold as extra. I asked what type of turkey bacon was sold and I was shown the package from a distance instead of answering my question and the person cooking my food showed no customer service whatsoever. I had to ask to pull my sandwich off the grill and it was completely overcooked. To spend $10 dollars with tip for a $2 dollar sandwich is unacceptable.

I called in for a toasted sesame with cream cheese and jelly and immediately regretted it because it’s so messy. There’s either too much cream cheeses or too much jelly or not enough of either… but this bagel was actually perfect when I got it! Even parts of both and not over flowing where it’s not enjoyable! Ty!

Wish they accepted credit card, says they do but every time I’ve gone in they don’t. The bagels are pretty good, would be on my rotation when I’m down in the area for the summer if they accepted card or orders for pick up.

FOOD – every time I get these bagels I don’t expect them to be good they don’t look that great. but they are actually good. Good size bagel. Sandwiches are just ok. Vegan options for cream cheese

Dated bagel shop that has friendly people and of course bagels. They don’t label the types they have so you will have to ask. The place looks run down but that’s not the end of the old for a bagel place. The bagels have a decent chew to them but could be cooked a little longer in my opinion

Staff is burnt out as hell. Gave me the wrong bagel. I brought it up. I was told “well we may have had egg everything when you asked for one, but we ran out.” SO they gave me regular. Got my money back and was told to get the F out of the store by the MANAGER

First thing walking in when in line a roach jumped on my shoe. I altered the young lady and she didn’t seem to care. I asked for a bagel with little spread I got enough for two bagels. Dissapointed for the first time.
