I specifically asked for my pizza well done, really?The cheese rolled right off tge pizza on the way home and it was nearly raw. I asked the young chubby male cashier,”is it well done”? “OH yea” he replied… I looked over and saw chubby ask the black female operating the oven, “is it well done”?, and she absolutely did not pay him any attention… Never again for me and that pizza went straight into the garbage and off to Benny’s I go.

It took over two hours for the food to be delivered. We called multiple times and were told “oh your food should be there shortly.” Every employee we talked to was rude. When I finally called again at the 2 hour mark to figure out what was going on the girl on the phone got an attitude and told me “what exactly do want me to do?” after i expressed my displeasure about the situation. No offer to fix it. No offer to speak to a manager. No offer to do anything but make excuses as to why our food took forever. I will never order food from here again. This was just ridiculous.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! I tried the Chicago deep dish pizza, and it was absolutely amazing. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside, while the layers of cheese, sauce, pepperoni, and sausage were nothing short of heavenly.
The staff were friendly and attentive. I left feeling incredibly satisfied and happy, and I can confidently say that I will definitely be coming back. If you’re a fan of deep dish pizza, this is the place for you!

We really liked their salad; wasn’t just iceburg lettuce.
Very nice staff. But very small dining area. Think we’ll just pick it up from now on.

I love the taste of their pizza. Service people seems nice but also look tired and stressed. However, I give them credit for managing such a great tasty pizza. Atmosphere give the impression of doing your business quick and quiet. However, I like the quietness of the place. I would and some type of soft instrumental music to make it more enjoyable and cut the FOX and CNN News from the TV streaming.

For a birthday celebration we bought pizza from different places and taste tested. Famulari’s WON! Hands down their pizza is heaven! We got the Chicago deep dish classic and everyone voted it THE BEST! The Best of Charleston list just came out and the other named winners on the list cannot compare with Famulari’s.
