I’ve been coming here for years! The prices are great and the portion sizes are amazing! The staff remembers their regulars even if it’s been several months since they’ve seen you! I only took away 1star on the food rating because A. Sometimes if you come by at the wrong time and the foods been in the heaters too long it can be chewy(still tasty though!) and B. It’s not sit down restaurant level of quality, but I wasn’t expecting it to be.(I wish I could only take half a star, but I can’t) This is an excellent choice of a take away or sit down at the cafeteria choice of food and my go to when wanting Chinese food but not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for it!

I shouldn’t even really rate one star the food was not good kind of tasted like it was microwaved or something And the orange chicken was honestly very chewy and I ended up not eating it. The bourbon chicken was very dry and There was a lot of fat In it, I was up charged as well my Meal should have been $14. I only got one plate for 11 And when my buddy grabbed Another plate for him just to put food on they charged $.50 extra But it all came out to Almost $20 just for one plate and some eggrolls. Not worth it !!

Overcooked and overpriced. Too much of the sauce is cooked with the chicken that its hard to find actual chicken when eating. The rice isn’t much better and has a mushy texture to it as well. I remember this being the spot to visit at the mall but I guess those days are long gone.

I feel disappointed with the food quality.

I complained to the girl in charge, I asked for a regular plate and the service quickly pass the plate to lead you to ask for meats, so they can charge you more money.
Shady, I made a complain and the girl quickly disregard, rude and faulty, before make a payment I questioned the charge…I should have left without saying and without the meal…never ever will get cheated in this place!!! Recommend to no one!

Disappointed, the fried rice has no flavor, broccoli chicken is tough& dry, and my bourbon chicken has very little flavor the chicken is dry.. they need to stir the food instead of letting the top dry out.

Staff were peer pressuring and fail to disclose upcharges and extra costs. Staff picked the size of our plates for us and rushed us without letting us get a word in despite there being no other customers in line. Saw a staff memeber pick his nose and eat it. Food did not slay. Egg rolls were bussing though.

Exactly what most of the reviews say! They move the line quick to add extra extra prices with out your knowing. Aside from that, I ate 3 bites into the food and feelt disgusted. I literally left the plate and went on line to Chick-fil-A just aside on the food court. A waste of $11 bucks, the $6.29 special plate with a drink ended at $10.45 somehow, plus trying to charge me 50 cents extra for each little sauce packages, their free everywhere! Wouldn’t recommend it and most likely would stay away from any food in the food court, nasty!
