The food is so bad. It always looks good but whenever I get it and eat it I either get a stomach ache or have to throw it out because it tastes so off. The rice today tasted like a combination of cardboard and plastic. Its consistently so bad. There’s no option for food in the food court so that is probably why this place is still open.

I didn’t look at the reviews before hand and should have. I walked by the counter and the food did look really good. I decided to do teriyaki chicken, chicken and broccoli, and Lo mein. When I say I was in for a treat. I was in for a treat the lo mein tasted like cardboard and had no flavor and the texture was very rough. The chicken and broccoli didn’t taste fresh or like chicken or broccoli. It was very “chunky” and questionable. The teriyaki chicken was the only good thing. And even so it was mediocre. I ended up eating the chicken teriyaki but tossing the rest out. Would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would ! Food was old my sons friend got a general saos (spelled wrong) chicken and lo mein all the food was old which made him sick we asked for a refund she took the chicken to the back dropped it in grease and threw more sauce on it from the plate we had and threw them back on the bar to serve again I demanded a refund and finally got one to only find out he over charged me for the plate to begin with when ordering he tried to dismiss me very rudely and then more attitude again at refund telling me to shut up and I explained very professionally that he was rude and unprofessional and he needed to allow me and the young lady to figure it out upon coming back to my table another lady whom works at a different place said that happens all the time they never change the food and people are always sick last week they removed maggots out the rice and needs to be shut down ! I called dhec and made an official report ! This is just not ok!

I googled Chinese food!, this place was close, so I rolled the dice. I didn’t know it was in a mall food court, took a while to find it, and wished I hadn’t. The food is pre cooked, and sits in steam trays. I like fresh cooked Chinese, so the food is piping hot with crispy veggies.
This place nay be better for early lunch but not dinner, its like having left overs, and needs reheating. The server was slopping a good portion onto the Styrofoam container with a smile on her face, just trying to get rid of it. I hope they throw out unsold portions and not save them for the next day. The chicken teriyaki and fried rice was edible but tthe veggies not so much.

The rice was burnt, we had spaghetti noodles instead of lo mein noodles, the egg roll was burnt and we didn’t even get any sesame seeds in our sesame chicken. We asked questions about the menu and could not understand the lady who was trying to take our order, what I did understand is the attitude she gave upon being frustrated with our questions.. No one was wearing gloves, serving or cooking… Overall, a disappointing, overpriced, underwhelming meal and experience.

Prior to ordering, work was working with a display and saw me and ask what my order was. I went the sink, rinsed her hands off, shook them and repeated the question. I asked her if she was going to use soap and she told me that it was okay, “just taping”. I just walked away. She didn’t even try to save the sale. Just stood then in defiance.

The sesame chicken was extremely disappointing, it was mostly breading with barely any actual chicken. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand because the food was awful. Please stop advertising it as sesame ‘chicken’ when it’s essentially just a breaded sponge dredged in oil

My girlfriend and I wanted some Asian cuisine and this was the closest thing. Upon arrival, i look through the little service window and i see the other employees dumping a huge container of pre fried frozen chicken into a tray. this place uses steam trays and pre cooked food and it shows, they refried the “chicken” so much that its basically unrecognizable and is fried pockets of oil and batter you put into your mouth. im convinced that a double deep fried oreo has more nutritional value than the “chicken” here
