Let me just start this the only way possible…

Listen. I don’t throw those words around lightly. I’m a breakfast professional. I’ve traveled. I’ve eaten. I’ve sacrificed stretchy waistbands for less.
First of all Kayla J.
Service? VIP. Celebrity status. I felt like I walked in with a security detail. The way she checked on us? I thought she was about to hand me a Grammy. Attentive, friendly, and faster than my metabolism trying to survive those portions.
Now let’s talk FOOD.
The corned beef hash with potatoes and eggs?
My goodness. The eggs were perfectly cooked — that yolk broke open like it had something to prove. The corned beef? Crispy, juicy, seasoned like somebody’s grandma was back there supervising the kitchen. The potatoes? Golden. Crunchy. Faith restored.
And these portions??
They don’t believe in small plates here. They believe in “Cancel your lunch plans” plates. I wasn’t eating breakfast… I was entering a commitment.
You know it’s serious when you’re halfway through and start negotiating with yourself:
“Alright… one more bite… for America.”
And don’t even get me started on the pancakes.
Fluffy like they were trained in altitude. Powdered sugar falling like breakfast confetti. Absolute madness.
Famous Toastery in Davidson isn’t just breakfast it’s a spiritual experience with syrup.
10/10.

Would loosen belt again.

Perfect morning breakfast with a group of special ladies. Service was excellent. P and teammates were attentive and professional from the moment we arrived. Loved being in the courtyard and would highly recommend this space for ladies lunch, bridal breakfasts, birthdays and more. Thank you!! The mimosas were delicious along with the coffee. Yum.

This is such a great restaurant that serves breakfast all day. We went here on a Monday as the place we originally had in mind was closed. This place did not disappoint. The food was so fresh and delicious and great portions. The service was fantastic, I love that the staff work together to take care of all the tables. Everyone was so attentive. The atmosphere is so bright and cozy. Great place to gather with family and friends and eat some great tasting food. This area is perfect for having a great meal and strolling around beautiful Davidson.

If you’re in the Davidson, NC area, this is a great breakfast spot. Food is so good, especially the hot honey sausage bowl and Greek omelet. Our server, Makiah, was super friendly, personable, efficient and quick! I would 100% come back.

My sisters and I recently stopped into Famous Toastery for breakfast and had the sweetest waitress, Lilly! She was so friendly and made our experience even better. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I think we’re done eating here for breakfast and lunch like we used to do so often. The hostess this morning had an attitude with everyone. Our waiter barely checked on us. The worst part was we waited well OVER an hour for our breakfast…. My kids finished their milks by the time our food came and you don’t get free refills… so just more money so they could actually have something to drink with their meal by the time we got it. After tip we were looking at $100 just for breakfast… the prices for what you get are absolutely insane especially since the service is usually lacking and we waited so long just to get our food. The portions were also not worth it and our food was cold. Extremely upset and frustrated with our experience. We will not be back.

I would give more than 5 stars. I have been coming here from many years but I like the new look.Entire staff at famous toastery makes sure you are getting best service. It’s located in a beautiful Davidson town with indoor and backyard seating. Currently they have very interesting winter menu for drinks and food. Loved their Holidays hot chocolate flight and it’s presentation. Enjoyed my protein breakfast bowl. Hands down best place to start your morning with yummy breakfast.
