Spent some time talking with the owner who is passionate about his food and it showed.
Large portions of delicious lamb, beef or chicken shawarma, along side staple dishes like falafel.
Served on a bed of pillowy rice and slathered in your choice of delicious sauces.
Think NYC Halal food carts but in a southern setting.
Highly recommend

I absolutely loved my food. Can’t recall exactly what I got all I know was it was #1 & #2 on the menu. The rice bowl was not only big but full of flavor! Highly recommend trying this food truck

Wowowowow! We were just looking for a quick bite before a concert while in town and love Mediterranean food. We NEVER expected this!! The portions are definitely generous, but the flavor is what you will be talking about (maybe even with your mouth full)! I can’t wait to come back for some falafel (though we did get another rice bowl to supplement our leftovers)!!
We ordered the schwarma chicken wrap which was special and cooked with extra love. It definitely made our taste buds dance with familiar but surprising flavors!
The fried okra were delicious and crispy!
The Habibi rice bowl (as on the menu) was unforgettable with different flavors and textures exploding AND mixing together in the most beautiful way. Every bite seemed to be another story to tell!

GO! EAT! HERE! What an unexpected delight. Pulled over for gas and decided to grab a quick bite at 9pm at a little food truck. Famous Habibi is amazing, this guy will be famous soon. My friend and I have worked in multiple middle eastern cuisine kitchens, but this is special! Using traditional herbs, seasonings and cooking methods from the motherland, Famous Habibi is not the standard fare. Take the chicken shawarma, it should be called Better than Chicken Shawarma with it’s tender, juicy chicken, elevated cheese and sauce flavor profile all bundled up in perfection. One bite will transport you to a place of comfort. Thanks for sharing your recipes and talent MR Famous, it’s be a long time since I tasted falafel deep fried to perfection.

The food amazing! The service amazing! The price amazing! I’ve been looking for halal options close to me and Famous Habibi did not disappoint at all. I got the rice bowl and it’s definitely enough for 2 people (especially those who are fasting for Ramadan). I didn’t catch the brothers name who served me but he was friendly and answered my questions about recommendations. I will definitely be eating here again InshahAllah. Came in on a whim and ended up finding one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. My son ordered the barbecue chicken sub and after one bite I immediately went back up and ordered another one for myself — it was that good.
The chicken was hot, tender, and loaded with flavor, the sauce was spot-on, and the portion was generous. Nothing dry, nothing skimpy — just a solid, crave-worthy sandwich done right. The kind of food that makes you stop talking mid-bite.
On top of that, the owner was genuinely kind and welcoming, clearly someone who cares about what he’s serving and the people he’s serving it to. You can tell there’s pride behind the food here.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My fiance and I ate here twice in just a few hours because we were starving, I’m 8 months pregnant, and the food was so delicious and fresh! My man is a cheeseburger kinda guy, but even he was raving over how great the gyros were. Customer service is awesome and the food comes out quick!

Bought food from here a couple of times. Pretty decent, quality and quantity wise for the amount they charge. Would i visit again? Definitely Would i recommend others if they’re looking for a halal spot. Definitely would.Hope they stay in business.
