Our server, Becka, was amazing. She was funny and professional. Our experience here was one of the best I’ve ever had! Food was great like always. The atmosphere is one of the best. Clean restaurant, fresh food.

Loaded BBQ potato with brisket and bacon. Came with cornbread muffin and onion straws. Around $10 during lunch. Food was very good. Tender brisket and flavorful sauces. Kids’ meals were a good value at around $5-$6 including a drink. Service wasn’t the best at this location but not bad either. A good Famous Dave’s location pushing out that wonderful BBQ you are looking for.

The service wasn’t bad, the waitress wasn’t quite as personable as some and it seemed that she was spread a little thin with too many tables. I think if I said the service wasn’t the best I’ve seen anywhere but was definitely more than adequate, that might be a more accurate representation of what I meant.

My family ate here tonight, we all shared the All-American BBQ Feast. The food was so delicious. There were three of us adults and two toddlers. By the end of the meal we still had to get three to go boxes, there was so much food in that meal. The customer service was great, and the restaurant was just like a cabin inside. My family loved eating here.

Nice set up for family and atmosphere was fine.
The waitress was super friendly and was prompt and very courteous.
We had ordered platter full of food. The quality of food itself was so so.
The BBQ pork could have been more tender and juicy but I was expecting something better on the flavor and quality of meat for BBQ.
My wife does better job at making BBQ pork.

If half ratings existed think place would get a 4.5! Best chain BBQ, attentive customer service, and fun selection of sauces! My wife and I enjoyed the wait staff of the establishment, who continued to update us on food status (not asked, they just did it) fill drinks and always cleared the table to make today for those large BBQ dishware. They exceeded expectations of food quality with delicious ribs, brisket, and sausage. The only drawback is the price, fitting for the area it’s in and not something the establishment controls. We’ll go again but not as frequently as we would like to.

Worst BBQ I have had in a long time. The potato salad and coleslaw weren’t bad and the corn bread was decent. The waitress and hostess were nice and accommodating. As far as the meat goes I ordered brisket and ribs. The portions on both were well less than you might expect for the cost. The brisket was so chewy I think I was only able to swallow one bite and had to spit the rest of it out. The ribs were mostly char and bones, very little meat. I will not be returning.

Service was good. They must have only had one cook the evening I was there because it took forever for our party to get served. The beef brisket is what I had and the sauce was good but either it was a bad choice of cut for the meet or they cooked it more than they smoked it, it was tough and chewy and had a fair amount of grissel in it. I had their black and blue mule for my drink…. That was the best part of my meal.

We used to really like this restaurant. Two or three years ago I would have given it 5 stars but now I have a hard time giving it 2 stars. The last 3 or 4 times we have gone here the meat has been over cooked. And the last time I could not ear the corn. It tasted like it had been cooking for days. I brought it to the manager’s attention. He offered a replacement but I wasn’t sure what I would get would be any better so I passed. I don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

My wife and I both love this place and have for about 10 years. Their portion sizes are huge and the food is always delicious. I think I’ve tried the whole menu. Their signature sides are almost better than their entree. The servers are extremely gracious and we always leave happy.
