This used to be the place, but incredibly disappointing this time. Baby back Ribs were not very good, service was poor and not so Famous. Sadly the ribs at Kroger every weekend are significantly better. I would have been ashamed to serve the slab of ribs they served.

Let me tell you—this was my first time ordering Famous Dave’s through DoorDash, and it did not disappoint. I’m a big fan of pork, so I went with the Pick 3 dish. It was so good, I didn’t just stop there. I went online right after and ordered two more to take back with me to Birmingham, Alabama—because unfortunately, we don’t have Famous Dave’s down here.
That should tell you how much I enjoyed it. I picked up the extra orders about 20 minutes later. I had one for breakfast this morning and gave the other one to my sister. She loved it too.
Now, believe it or not, anytime I’m in a city where there’s a Famous Dave’s, it’s a must for me. This place is that good.

The best part was honestly our server she was super friendly and totally understanding. Our food came out cold the brisket was not tender at all, the food had no flavor. The restaurant itself was kinda run down, with little to no AC with 95-degree weather outside. The manager was super nice, and i totally get that sometimes things just can’t be helped. Hopefully, if we return, it will be a better experience, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend anything on the menu. This is a place where you go for the service and not the food.

My go-to for a slab of St Louis ribs. But I parked in curbside and no one ever came out to me. I went inside to their order counter and everyone walking in and out of the kitchen can see me but I had to wait several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Love the food but that is it.

The meats were all tender, warm and had good flavor. The sides need some work. The corn had no flavor and taste like microwaved frozen corn. The cornbread is sweet, but very tasty. The service was fast and the severs were very kind and attentive. The place is clean and very spacious for wheelchair users. Moderate noise level with the music and other patrons but it’s nothing bothersome. Casual restaurant, but good food. I got the lunch special, 2 meats, 1 side, corn bread and a drink for $18. Felt like a pretty good deal.

Good place for real BBQ like you might have at an awesome backyard grill out. The ribs are great, and the BBQ meats are greasy and fatty with just the right amount of char. I am not a huge fan of the pulled meat from any restaurant, so I can’t rate that.
The night we went, they were severely understaffed in the front. It was a Friday night, and they only had 2 people working tables. This is not a tiny place either. Took a while to get seated, but the server was wonderfully friendly and competent. She was also the bartender, apparently.
Despite the lack of staff, once we got seated, we got our orders in and out quickly. No waiting.
We have been frequenting JnN lately but may start returning more here.

We were so excited because the one near us in Chattanooga closed. I will never go to a Famous Dave’s ever again. There were 19 people when we got there with two waitresses. We waited 22 minutes before our drinks came and another 11 minutes for our meal. After waiting 20 minutes for refills, I went to get bottled water out of my car. They didn’t have what I ordered so I was told they would comp my meal if I wanted something different. When we got the check, I was so ready to go, I didn’t even argue that not only did they not comp my meal, but they charged me the more expensive meal that they didn’t have.

I called to make sure it was okay if I brought my dog on the patio & they checked to see if a server was willing to take us & thankfully they were! I wish I would’ve gotten her name, she was so very sweet and attentive. She even brought my dog some water and helped me pick the burnt ends over the rib ends which was a great choice! We’ll definitely be going back!

I went early during happy hour. Got an order of rib tips for my appetizer. They were delicious and only $4. Ordered baby back ribs, BBQ chicken and jalapeño sausage for dinner. Sausage and chicken were very good. Baby back ribs, not so much. They are supposed to be known for their ribs, but those were the toughest ribs I’ve ever had. I don’t want them fall off the bone, but you should be able to just pull them apart. Couldn’t do it. They were that tough.
