This was our first visit to Famous Dave’s BBQ, and we had a great experience. Our waitress, Eleisha, was fantastic and made some great recommendations about the menu. We started with some fried pickles that had the perfect crunch and were a great start to the meal. We then shared a sampler platter so we could try several items. We really enjoyed the ribs, pork, brisket, and chicken. It was all good! The fries and slaw were our favorite sides. We really enjoyed the great food and service at Famous Dave’s and we look forward to coming back soon!

Came in for a late lunch about 3:30 on a Monday and was fairly well pleased and full when I left. A pile of BBQ pork on a chunk of Texas toast and three ribs. A few fries and some Cole slaw rounded it out. Ribs were tender enough but still stuck to the bone for finger eating.

7/31/2023 – Excellent food, comfortable atmosphere and outstanding service. Our waitress (apologies for not remembering her name) did an outstanding job even though they were short staffed that evening. Food was prepared well and ample serving on each plate. Lots of good barbecue places around Nashville and this one is one of the best.

Nice. Very clean! Food was awesome! Texas brisket and rib tips where amazing. Staff was courteous and friendly. You have to get the bread pudding for dessert!!! You won’t regret it. (Until you get on the scales) Salad was blah and the French fries OK, but well worth the meal. We will be back!!!

This is one of my grandma and I’s favorite places to eat together. The brisket is fantastic most of the time, I love their banana pudding and their peach cobbler. The roasted chicken is great. I love their fries. I highly recommend trying their Georgia mustard with the fries.

This restaurant has great food. I love this restaurant’s pork and beef that is offered on the menu. The restaurant does have a bar. It does have restrooms for their customers. And as you come into the restaurant they are selling their barbque sauce in several different flavors. Take a look at it. They do have handicap parking and entry.

We ordered barbecue salad. Their barbecue meat is very good the best I could tell because there was so little of it. It was a huge pile of lettuce with loads of shredded carrots. Very little cheese. I hope you like carrots and lettuce. We had the burnt ends appetizer. It was $13 for 8 tiny little morsels. Everything is overpriced for what you get.
