The BEST thing from my experience is the VALUE! Well priced! LOTS of food!
Of course, I had the St. Louis Ribs/Rib Tips with Cajun Fries, Mac n Cheese with Cornbread muffin.! As you can see…..A LOT for less than $25
The Mac n cheese was different but pretty good with corn and jalapenos added. A little spicy but tasty.
The Cornbread Muffin was AMAZING!!!

The Ribs/Tips & Sauces.
I found the Sauces to be OVERBEARING! Drowning the taste opportunity to enjoy the flavor of the rub and smoke flavor. ( My opinion as a flavor guy) Sauces should ONLY enhance the taste NOT become the taste. I do know that some enjoy sauces more. Without the sauce it’s just OK. With sauce it was LESS than OK. It will satisfy your hunger if you are NOT a SERIOUS Smoke/BBQ person. Franchises with LOTS of locations are usually hit n miss. Your Boi “Tha RIBOLOGIST” is out!✌
The minute I walked in the bartender/waitress was complaining about the staff and the food to a manager that didn’t seem to care. He was unaware of staffing issues with new people. To busy with his private guests eating and drinking. He even commented that employees can take time off but as a repercussion they will not get full shifts after they return.
I got an eye roll a few times, when I asked about the smoked turkey, I was told she would never order the turkey, when I said I was eating in with 45 minutes until they close and finally when I decided to switch the combo while she was putting in the order 4 feet away. I sat thru 40 minutes of complaints, had dry hard brisket , I needed a steak knife to cut it, another eye roll when I asked for a steak knife and cold collard greens, barely warm food. The best was the 4 enjoyable 4 bites of cold potatoes salad. I didn’t even order a drink or finish my food. Waist of $40. As I left I told her the food was an issue, I didn’t have an opportunity to complain about because her negative vibe made my food and experience unbearable as I walked out. She was short with the three other customers one even apologized for asking her for something. When we go to a restaurant to spend hard earned money we expect to be treat in a friendly and welcoming environment. It’s not the customers fault your manager let you down all shift.
I had a friend that worked here a few years ago and left due to poor management. Seems it has not changed. For me this was the 3rd less than desirable visits. No worries I won’t return.
Service started off decent but quickly went downhill. There were only about 3–4 tables total in the entire restaurant, yet our server, Amanda, was not attentive whatsoever. I wanted a refill and could never get one. Somehow, lunch in an almost empty restaurant took nearly 2½ hours, which is completely unacceptable.
I ordered the chicken tenders, which were recommended by our waitress, only to find them raw in the middle. I informed her, and they were remade, but by the time they came back out, I had completely lost my appetite. My sister ordered the chili, which arrived cold. On top of that, all of our meals were supposed to come with a corn muffin, which we were told about—but none were brought out until we specifically asked.
At the end of the meal, I requested a sweet tea to go and never received it. It was just one issue after another, and overall extremely frustrating.
Not sure what was going on that day, but they were definitely not on their A-game.
She was very attentive and prompt with her service. She seemed to have the entire room as her section, and still managed to give everyone one of us the attention and service that we needed. We really enjoyed our meal and had a great time chit chatting with Lisa. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you for your excellent service Lisa.
