The place is awesome for meat lovers. Im vegetarian. So was a bit stumped with the limited selection. But voila the waitress came to my rescue. They made vegetarian nachos for me. And boy were they tasty. Probably the most artery clogging thing after bacon. But damn it was tasty.

I had them cater my son’s birthday! Great food. Leftovers for days still good. beans coleslaw mac n cheese all fantastic. Delivery service was great! tons of plates, napkin, sauces, and wet naps! We had brisket and ribs yum yum!

Our visit was for a work holiday lunch and we did not have a full menu to choose from Overall service was good, if a bit slow at times, I would guess due to the amount of people we had at the time. Food was a mixed bag, the ribs were too salty for my taste but well cooked. Other items were tasty.

Great bbq! The ribs were “fall of the bone” GOOD! Also it seem like there were only two people working (Rich and Josh) but the customer service was still fantastic they handled everyone came and checked on everybody, attentive with drinks and everything. I was impressed! #iwillbebackASAP 😀

It’s a chain restaurant so all of them are pretty much the same. This one is in a location next to a movie theater so at times it is extremely busy and then it’s dead, the dead times are great. The food is average, wait staff is good. I’ll be back again, but I don’t get excited about chains.

I am a Chef by Trade and worked in a steak house for years on Staten Island and I must sound the trumpet for this place ! Starting with service ! Just wonderful ! Food ? I had the RibTips, delicious loved the smokeyness of it and the dry rub ! One thing I could say that they were just a tad dry but that’s expected with tips.I tried their mac and cheese, creamy with a kiss of jalepeno, delicious and their beans as well just wonderful ! Chili was superb ! They offer a selection of BBQ sauces as well to play with! Very exciting and my favorite part was the restaurant Style potatoes chips in the beginning which were complimentary! And the pickle chips and pickled onions that came with my meal what a delight and surprise Pricing was reasonable I don’t like to eat out because of the let Down I usually face but famous Daves has my heart ! I will be bacuk ! If I have to say something that might be wrong with the place for my over all review it would be that the bathroom was too far haha ! There’s plenty of napkin and wet wipes on the table don’t be scared to have fun eating, bring your family bro your friends they will not let you down !

Place is so sloooooooow. One burger 30 minutes+ when it is dead. My food was served after someone else’s. Never get served a drink or asked at all. This place is SUPER OVERRATED! RUN AWAY! Grab anyhere else. Trust me you will be happy you did. I wish I could give negative stars.

Be prepared to “catch” these ribs as this “magical meat” “falls” off the bone. Upon entry, you’re transported into another “state” of mind as you’re “engulfed” by the “Louisiana Bayou inspired” theme throughout.
