We love the family table. Never had a bad meal Staff is always very friendly and efficient.
Only complaint is didn’t care for the live music Sunday afternoon. Perhaps would have been OK if it wasn’t so unbelievably loud. Couldn’t hear each other talk had to yell to speak to other guests in our group. If you could have the gentleman, maybe tone it down a few decibels it might be more enjoyable.
But we do enjoy your food always excellent!!

Had a great valentines day with my wife! The staff was very courteous and attentive, from our first steps through the door until the moment we left! We both had a fantastic meal and will absolutely return! If you’re concerned by any recent negative reviews, I would highly encourage you to take them with a grain of salt, as by our experience, they are completely unfounded.

Had a surprise birthday celebration. Called a week ahead because we were a group of 12. They were very accommodating. Easy to deal with. Food was fantastic. And they went above and beyond surprising the birthday girl with a candle in her omelet and singing ‘Happy Birthday’!
Great experience. I would highly recommend them. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.

Had the French toast and it was amazing! Thick and fluffy bread! Our waitress very friendly, fast and attentive, the person on the grill also asked us how everything was and if we needed anything else. Great customer service, good food and prices are reasonable!

Family Table is the perfect GO TO spot if you want a quick, delicious meal. And what’s awesome is they serve breakfast all day!! And have a liquor license if you fancy a cocktail. On my last visit I had an Apple Cider Mimosa. It was FABULOUS. Our waitress Ari, was a DOLL! Service was quick & food so tasty as always. Definitely recommend!

I really wish I could give them A TEN STAR across the board. I had a party of 27 people for New Years Day brunch and I had called countless places and no one not one place would accommodate my reservation until I went to Family Table as I was leaving, I asked the host if I could make a reservation for January 1 for a party of 17 Right away, she took my reservations then I ended up calling twice to increase the amount of my party And not once was I rejected not only was the staff friendly and very accommodating. The food was excellent. No one had to wait for their food, and even the customers were very friendly will be visiting again If you haven’t tried Family table, please make sure you put that on your agenda on your bucket list and try them. They are excellent. I can keep going and going and going with the excellent service staff food and even the customers.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was uncomfortable enough that I feel it’s important to be honest.
We came in with My Mom to take a brunch in valentines day expecting a normal wait or at least a respectful interaction. Instead, the host was immediately rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging us. We were told bluntly that there were “no tables available.” What made this situation especially upsetting is that there were multiple empty tables clearly visible directly behind the host at the time of this statement.
When we politely asked for clarification, the response felt cold and dismissive, with no explanation, no offer to wait, and no attempt at basic customer service. The tone and body language made it very clear that we were not welcome. Given the obvious availability in the dining area, this did not feel like a capacity issue—it felt like unfair and discriminatory treatment.
The lack of professionalism and courtesy completely ruined what should have been a relaxed brunch experience. No guest should be made to feel uncomfortable or singled out in a restaurant, especially in a space that claims to be welcoming.
Because of this experience, we chose to leave immediately. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place unless management takes staff behavior, inclusivity, and customer service seriously and ensures that all guests are treated with respect.

Our first visit ever and we liked it so much we came back the very next day for more! The breakfast food servings are enormous, the menu selections are wonderful and flexible, the wait staff friendly, and the pricing reasonable, especially considering how much you receive. If you’re in the Worcester area and are wanting a great breakfast experience, this is the place to go.

The food here is legit, they sometimes have live music on the weekends too. Never had a bad meal here, my only criticism of this place is they serve those fake cream pods with coffee, I wish they served containers filled with fresh milk or cream, that would make it a perfect breakfast/brunch experience. Their food is way too good for bad coffee.i usually get a non coffee item instead because its not even worth it.
