The tripe in the dish appeared to be old and discolored, which is not in line with the freshness I was assured of by your staff. You can make someone sick with the quality of food you’re putting out. Went with an open mind not knowing what they had on the menu due to the restaurant being a new business, and was greeted immediately. The environment was clean and somewhere I would feel comfortable dining in. “Jorge” was patient with me and helped me browse through the menu. I eventually ordered the steak fajitas for to go, and I was blown away by presentation and good quantity & quality that was given. Its obvious everything they do is made with heart and passion. Something alot of places dont have. The Handmade tortillas were so delicious that I was upset that the final bites of the last came to an end. The salsas were hot and savory. Overall, the real question is. Would I come back to this establishment?
