With my busy schedule, I usually only have time to grab a quick bite, but stopping by Family Pizza was a great decision. The pizza is delicious, with a perfect thin crust and great flavor.

Family Pizza is truly a gem in the Dracut community. Rodrigo and his wife Tania, along with their family, have been serving Dracut for over 39 years, and it truly shows in everything they do. Rodrigo is incredibly personable and generous, and Tania’s warmth and care make everyone feel welcome the moment you walk in. Their dedication to the community, the quality of the food, and the way they treat their customers is something special. The food is consistently great, always fresh and delicious, and the service is an A+ every single time. This is the definition of a family-owned business done right. Highly recommend!

Service I received on Saturday, October 25th was terrible. I placed my order online over an hour prior to pickup. My pickup time was 4:15 my husband left the house at 4:15 because we always have issues with our food never being ready, even after receiving confirmation that our order is ready, it is never ready. I ordered a total of 7 pizzas and 6 large popcorn chicken.
First I used a coupon for a 2 large pizzas I mistakenly thought the coupon was for the biggest size pizza, your coupon should say the size in inches because according to the arrogant person I talked to on Saturday he said they only come in inches not sizes. I also asked for them to be double cut, which they were not and again the arrogant person said I should have asked for that, which I stated I did I have my receipt to prove I did.
Second, which is the biggest issue I had was my order wasn’t ready until after 4:45 with no apology or anything just an excuse that you had a big order with the school across the street. I said I placed my order with you over an hour before and if you had a big order you should have called us and told us to pick up the order later, instead of having my husband wait there for over 30 minutes while our party was going on.
I have been ordering from you for over 25 years and your customer service has drastically droppped, you don’t even care that orders are not ready or how you treat your customers.
Very disappointed!!

I just had one of the worst fried haddock dinners I’ve ever had. The fish and onion rings tasted like the oil they were fried in was days old; everything was greasy. And the salad dressing was all vinegar and didn’t taste very good. Also the piece of fish was scrawny and mostly batter.

I ordered a steak tip salad and for 12 or 13 dollars they give you a lot of tips! Every time we order pizza from here it is always delicious and cooked perfectly. This restaurant is very consistent with how the pizza is cooked. A while back we had ordered a pepper and onion pizza and the person on the phone heard pineapple. When we had called them back a new pizza was here within minutes. Great customer service and friendly delivery drivers.

I love the regular ’14 cheese pizza. While other places seem to make their pizza all most paper thin in terms of the least amount of pizza dough offered (toppings included), what I like most about this pizza is that it is a much more hearty and doughy-style pizza with a nice crispy crust, and a tasty, sweet, pizza sauce that’s cooked to tasty perfection. Plus the pizza has been consistently good in relation to overall quality and price. Recommended!
