When we go to a place for breakfast the first thing I get is coffee (& it’s usually mediocre or terrible) honestly the best diner coffee I have ever had. The service was amazing and JoLyn our server was awesome. She checked on us all the time. The pancakes were so good and the cinnamon roll French toast was delicious. We definitely recommend this place if you love a great diner.

So we have been to all three locations, the two in Bremerton and the one in Port Orchard, Everytime we go we are treated well, the girls are friendly and always on top of their game. The entire staff runs like a well oiled machine, the food is hot, servers and bussers/hosts help each other and if something is missing or incorrect ( which is rare!) they fix it right away. Most of the time the servers do a great job of scanning their sections, rarely do they come by, refill my coffee and not take an empty plate…. efficient and friendly. So many other companies could learn a lot about how to run a restaurant from these people. It’s not fancy food, and I don’t expect it to be. I don’t want chipped glasses or cold food, and I dont get that here. I can’t say that about other places. I’ve worked in hospitality from the ages of 17-35 and I love eating at these three locations. We are there about 2 times a month minimum for breakfast, usually weekends. I know what to expect when I go and I’m not disappointed. Love their work ethic!

First FPH I’ve been to, similar in many ways to the IHOPs and Denny’s I’m familiar with. The service at this location was great, the food was good, prices are normal. They had kids books out for the little ones, a nice way to encourage non-tablet distraction. I’d bring the family here again.

Food was fairly decent. Better than most breakfast diners. At 9:30am We were seated, ordered, served, and cashed out all within 30miutes. Amazing service. They checked in on us multiple times as well.

We love this place! If you want a fresh cheese burger on a toasted sesame seed bun with extra crispy steak cut fries and a side of tartar sauce at 9 am, or you want a big old breakfast. There is no bad meal!

We’ve been eating at Family Pancake House for many years. We’ve been to Port Orchard, West Bremerton, and East Bremerton. The staff are so friendly, and the food is always delicious. However, we were in our favorite, West Bremerton, on Kitsap Way a couple of weeks ago and we had the worst server ever! She was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked her about the pancake syrup. We later found out she’s the manager!! We are going to the East Bremerton, Wheaton Way, location now, where we are treated like valued customers, and the food is so good. We miss the other location. We had a couple of favorite servers there, and some day we may go back, but not yet.

The service was amazing and I personally enjoy the breakfast diner vibes. The food came out fast, I had ordered the eggs Benedict, but the hollandaise sauce had separated. The eggs, though, were perfectly poached. My kids had ordered pancakes and French toast which they enjoyed a lot. I would come again, but probably try something else, I am not a big pancake person though.

So I ordered their spaghetti meal which is normally good. I ordered through Doordash and asked specifically in the order note for parmesan cheese. Not only did they not give me parmesan cheese, they forgot to include my coke. Have you ever tried eating marinara spaghetti without any kind of parmesan cheese? It’s not very tasty and it ruined my meal. They may want to train their staff to read Doordash orders thoroughly. They also shouldn’t take for granted their customers. I can always just go down the street to Tony’s for spaghetti if they don’t get their act togethet.
