DO NOT BUY from FAMILY FIRST FOOD SERVICE. They promised quality meat that DID NOT deliver. Called to ask for refund, offered replacement but they never showed up to actually replace any of the meat. T-bone steak and chicken breasts pictured.

I cant even give this company one star but my comment wouldnt post without assigning a star ~ absolutely terrible meat ! I believe any review above one star must be either employees or family members, as there is no way anyone could have thought this was not a total scam and waste of money. Reached out to tell them to come pick up the remaining meat and give me a refund and have not heard back. I do hope they show up at my house again so I can tell them it is shameful to post so much about God but then give such terrible service ~ they should not be scamming people this way.

We had a great first experience the first time the sales guy Devin knocked on our door. We really enjoy the majority of the food and felt we had a good deal.
Second time he came, Devin offered another great deal. Our favorite part of the previous transaction was the crab cakes – Devin promised us an additional 2 boxes of those crab cakes if we purchased a certain amount… which we did. Devin mentioned that he didn’t have the crab cakes on him and that he would come back when they are in stock again. After a few back and forth texts over a period of about a week or 2, he ghosted and never responded.
The second batch of food we received was much less fresh as the first one. We ended up just letting it go knowing that if he comes back again we will mention our displeasure. Months went by and he never reached back out. However, we ended up reaching out to family first on Facebook messenger, and after showing proof of texts and what was promised, they said that Devin would reach back out soon. Again, he never did. I followed up with the company on Facebook once again after Devin didn’t reach out, and no response.
This company could have a lot going for them if they focused on customer retention. As much as I want to support a small business, I have to unfortunately write this review to let others know that it is not worth you money and effort.
Go to a local butcher and/or Costco. Buy bulk. It’ll be fresher, better, and the customer service will be better.

Awful, awful, awful meat. Once it’s dethawed it turns brown. This is a total ripoff and a scam. The meat isn’t labeled and there’s no way to know where it came from. I personally did not buy it, but the person I know who did was out $450 for god knows what. Their website has two guys in hazmat suits; what kind of marketing is that? They front as if they’re a religious group doing good for their community, but they are a shoddy, slimy, awful company taking advantage of people who don’t know any better.

It’s a door-to-door meat sales company that sells low quality meats. My family bought stuff from them once, but we haven’t since. The sales reps are pushy and have shown up to my family’s door every so often even though we’ve repeatedly turned down their offers. Don’t feel obligated to buy anything from these guys. If you want to buy meat from somewhere other than a grocery store, you would be better off going to a local butcher.

Do NOT buy from this company. The food quality is awful. Steaks are brown and have odor, with the uncooked chicken my fingers slipped right through and the burgers that were supposed to be steak burgers were completely white. Not worth your money AT ALL!! What a waste of money!!!
