My twin sister & I went on Sunday to celebrate our birthday and we had a phenomenal experience.
From the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant, the ambiance is absolutely beautiful, very clean, the service was incredible, the staff was so kind and went above and beyond in delivering a wonderful experience for us. The food was exceptional! We’re so happy we chose FAMA to celebrate our special day. Thank you to the staff and team for making it extra special for us!! We had the BEST time!! High recommend them!

The Three Kid Show yay
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, it felt completely unorganized and poorly managed. I wish I could give a zero.
We had a reservation, yet when we arrived they barely wanted to honor it — even though the restaurant was practically empty when we were seated. That should have been the first red flag.
Our drinks took 25 minutes to arrive. That’s unacceptable, especially considering how empty the restaurant was. The food took 45 minutes, and again, there was no rush in the restaurant to justify that kind of delay. The drinks was so weak, my 15 years old could’ve made me better drink them that. They were juice.
Our waitress didn’t know much about the menu and couldn’t answer basic questions. She didn’t even know whether margaritas came with salt or sugar on the rim. Communication was also very difficult, as she did not speak English, which made it nearly impossible to clarify anything or address concerns. My friends spoke Spanish to her and showed the items we wanted to order and did much of her work for her.
To make matters worse, they automatically added gratuity to our check for a party of 3, even though their own policy online states gratuity is added for parties of 5 or more. It then took over 20 minutes just to get an itemized receipt after we asked for it.
We were also rushed out of the restaurant because of an “8pm comedy show” that supposedly required the table — yet when we left, the show didn’t even start until 10pm. Completely unnecessary pressure and poor coordination.
Throughout the evening, multiple staff members came to the table, including a woman in a white blazer who said she wanted to address our concerns, yet nothing was actually resolved. Everyone seemed to drop the ball.
Overall, the service was disorganized, slow, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience.
The food wasn’t even great 5/10, we got the steak and it was over cooked and hard. We didn’t get a steak knives.
Don’t go.. I repeat don’t go to FAMA…

I attended my nieces 35th birthday party celebration at FAMA and the atmosphere was wonderful. Our server Nabil, took very good care of us. The food is delicious, the music was great and the ambiance spectacular!! I highly recommend FAMA GastroBar!

We had such a lovely experience tonight thanks to our server, Carolina. She seemed new and still learning, but her kindness and genuine effort completely stood out.
At one point, she offered to put in one person’s order first so they wouldn’t have to wait as long before sending the rest. We told her it was okay and that she could put them all in together, but the fact that she was thinking ahead like that showed how much she truly cared about giving us a good experience.
The food was absolutely amazing — everything was delicious! On top of that, she even took the time to surprise me by having the staff sing Happy Birthday, which made the night feel extra special.
You can teach someone the process, but you can’t teach that kind of heart. She was attentive, honest, and so sweet that it was honestly impossible to be upset about anything.
We even had to take a picture with her because we’ll definitely be back and will make sure Carolina takes care of us again!

So my wife and I came out for the comedy show, and we were really excited to check out Fama Gastrobar. While being seated, I realized they only had one server tending to about 100–150 people. Unfortunately, the server never came to our table to ask if we wanted to place an order. It wasn’t the server’s fault — he was being pulled in every direction.
I eventually decided to go to the bar myself to place an order. Two glasses of wine and a bottle of water cost $31.00. They include gratuity on everything you order, plus an additional charge for using a credit card. Then the bartender told me they had no change. I told her they needed to figure out how to make change somehow. I was also never given a receipt for my purchase.
The place is beautiful in every aspect, but management, please take note. People work hard for their money, and I truly want this beautiful place to stay in business. Kissimmee needs places like this so we don’t have to spend our money in Orlando. You guys have to do better.

I had an amazing experience at FAMA! The atmosphere was great, the music was fun, and the whole place had such a good energy. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the entire time.
