For pool food its pretty good though a little pricey. They also auto add 18% gratuity and then have the form there with 20 and 22% ADDITIONAL tip suggestion. I ate there twice- its about 35 bucks for a burger and non alcoholic sprite.

We ordered drinks right from the pool and loved how easy and relaxing it was! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the drinks were perfect for a poolside day. Great spot at the Orlando Marriott World Center.

Service was decent… not the staffs fault it cost $10 for a can and you get a plastic cup since it’s at the pool. There are other places in the hotel to get a better value beer. Food was decent but definitely hotel prices. The mayo sitting out in the sun has gone bad… and I noticed there’s nothing blocking the holes of the pour spouts on the liquor when it’s an outside bar

Be mindful to get IDed for your pool side drinks! I am 33 and got IDed while I was ordering my drink with my husband! Despite my previous orders from previous staffs from previous shifts, I could not order my drink thanks to our diligent staffs who were so dedicated to check ID! Do not forget to bring your ID while you go out for swim!!!

Sarysa took good care of us this evening. Despite the storm, we were cozy under the pool pavilion and felt very welcome with our excellent waitress! Our grandchildren enjoyed burgers and fries. I loved my fish with artisan greens. The atmosphere was relaxed and very beautiful. We all loved sitting poolside after a thrilling water slide and relaxing ride down the lazy river. The new additions to the Marriott really make it a family friendly place.

Very disappointing experience. I was accused of using a fake ID, then served drinks that did not contain the proper amount of alcohol while still being charged full price. After this, staff continued talking about me and making comments within earshot, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, they were unhelpful. This is not how paying customers should be treated.

Very cool place to hangout. Food always good. Service is great. Staff continually comes by to check on you. Only drawback might be during 3 day weekends this place draws a ton of guests to the point where this mega hotel feels crowded. My favorite whiskey made an appearance #Ramsandparrots

Ordered salads. The Mahi tuna on menu says marinated however when we asked the server if seared he said yes it will be served rare. It came out cubed and raw. Not marinated. I was slightly disappointed as it had no flavor. The rest of the dish was good. My point is no mention on the menu of the raw item. Other than that staff were great. Make sure to read your bill as they add 18% gratuity into total.

Decent for a poolside restaurant. Usually, most of the poolside places I have been to are extremely expensive and have slow service. While a bit on the pricey side, I was pleased with the quality and taste of the food I received. In addition, the service was quite fast. I did eat while the pool was closed, so I would imagine it taking longer when the pool deck is open. Overall I am satisfied with my experience and would recommend.
