Anytime I’m in Chicopee MA, I stop at Falls.
Surprised I haven’t left a review before! They have amazing food, atmosphere & service.
Last night we arrived shortly before closing the place was spotless clean and every single staff member was pleasant. – The young woman who served us was one of the friendliest and most helpful!… after I ordered, I commented on how the cracked pepper pepperoni sounded so good… she said it was her favorite way. So I switched it up.
We ordered a drink at the bar and the Hot Honey Cracked Pepper Pepperoni Pizza to-go. & OMG SOOO GOOD!
Food was outstanding as always!

I enjoy the service and food all of the waiters. And employees when you walk into the atmosphere you’re greeted with a smile generously they’re always excited to share with you and recommend something new and improved on the menu. It is a very pleasant atmosphere. You feel at home. The waiters are always concerned about your comfort. Someone is always available to answer your questions concerning whatever it is you’re interested in on the menu or at the bar. I’d would love to keep this place a secret to myself, but you just can’t help but share it with a friends and family The atmosphere is exciting through the year! False Pizza come enjoy you won’t be disappointed!

So disappointed highly disappointed. I saw all the five states and photos and was so excited to get the food and it’s just sad. First of off the pizza looks like a medium not a large it was cold cheese was hard and you could tell by looking at it that it wasn’t going to be good . I ordered two garlic bread and got no bread with a large marinara . . The cheesecake is $8 ! And looks like a slice of stop and shop cheese cake . To top it off the restaurant was closed by the time it was delivered and couldn’t even call about my missing items . The meatballs where not bad but where $15 for only 4 medium sized meatballs not worth the price .

We were there to celebrate my son’s birthday. I had seen an ad on Instagram by chance and decided to go. OMG, it was definitely a good idea! The place is beautiful. They have a lovely terrace, but we decided to eat inside. The staff was very friendly and attentive from the very beginning. The calamari was delicious as a starter. We ordered three different pizzas, and they were all delicious. For dessert, we ordered the churros. Wow! My kids loved them! The seasonal margaritas 10/10; they were delicious. I will definitely be back.

First time I have ever ordered and it was for delivery. The young lady on the phone was great to work with and my fettuccine was absolutely delicious. It arrived nice and hot, well packaged. Their mailer was in today’s mail and I thought, let’s do this. My new go to spot.Thank you. Look forward to dining in and their pizza.Great menu selection as well. Very pleased.

It was our first time here, and we only came for the drinks but they were amazing! Great flavor, perfectly balanced, and definitely exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back to try the food next time for sure.

The cherry pepper calamari is always delicious, but our order last night had buffalo sauce instead of marinara. So ultimately we had nothing to dip them in. We ordered curly fries with nacho cheese and bacon, but the fries we received had shredded cheese on them, making them very dry. We usually love getting apps and snacks from here, but our last order was disappointing.

My favorite place in Chicopee for dine in or take out. The salads are fabulous, so, is the pizza I have not had a bad meal yet. I haven’t been in a while. Probably over two months, the bartender remembered my drink and that I usually come with my friend. I love that about a place. I’m old school, It makes me feel like Cheers in Boston. It is now my go to place when I don’t feel like cooking or just need a friendly environment. Keep up the good work Falls Pizza! Sorry didn’t take photos this time.

Went back for my favorite Chicken Tenders meal and ordered 3 for myself and the kids
Fall’s switched out their Tenders with a Walmart looking brand, I will never set foot in their place again
I’m not sure what is happening at what used to be one of my favorite restaurants
Let’s do better guys, I’m sure I am not the only customers that noticed the change

I went over to this place last weekend after hearing a friend talk about it, and honestly it was pretty solid. The staff was friendly without being over the top, and the food came out quicker than I expected for a busy afternoon. My burger was cooked well, maybe a little more done than I usually like but still tasted good. The place has a relaxed vibe, nothing too fancy, but comfortable enough to hang out for a bit. Prices felt fair for what you get. Overall, not a bad spot if you’re in the area and want something simple and good.
