Well, we were served raw chicken. See attached photos. While it was comp. This should have never happened. Would not go back. Manager was very friendly, server seemed new.

Hands down the worst dining experience I’ve had in years. My wife and I were promptly visited by our server when we sat down but we never received the drinks we ordered. It took over 45 minutes to get our food and when we did it was not cooked to order. We saw 3 other party’s get their food before us despite us being there first. When the waitress brought food out to the table next to us she was carrying their toast in her bare hands, moments later she was handling cash in the till with zero regard of cleanliness. I am usually not like this towards restaurants but this was exceptionally bad.

The waitress completely forgot one persons order and didn’t get it out until everyone else’s food was done, it took us two hours to get in and out for breakfast because the service was so slow, the waitress was completely unapologetic and wouldn’t even look at us or talk to us whatsoever, she just sat our plates down and handed me a box without saying anything when I finally said we were just about to leave by the time I finally got my food. The food that did come before we needed to leave was hard and overcooked and unseasoned and still took an unbelievable amount of time to come out. Nobody left happy, one person came hungry and left with an empty stomach two hours later with a box full of food that won’t be eaten knowing the food wasn’t good anyways

Understaffed very busy. Drinks were mediocre food was about the same. Awesome atmosphere real close to the water which is nice.

Had my birthday dinner at Falling Waters and it was great. Service was fast and friendly. It was quiet inside and our order was fast and so good. I love their fish and chips and huckleberry lemonade. I used my birthday coupon and free play. Won $180 and that paid for my dinner and shopping trip that night.

It’s really fun in the summer with the Pontoon boat rentals and music on the terrace while your eating or having drinks.

A lot of TV’s everywhere, I guess some like that. Food was good though and other then the TV’s it was extremely slow service, and we had an hour wait just to pay.

Nice little casino and you can’t beat those views. Most casinos don’t want you to see the outside world. Not here. Come have a beer, play a game and peer out into one of the biggest and most pristine lakes in the country.

I understand that times are tough with hiring good people, but you’re in the service industry. Please be better. It was a cold not even welcome to the place. Silent and almost dismissive at best. Ignored as well. I felt worse for the people who had kids. Would not recommend going.
