We cleaned our plates! Fallbrook Cafe feels like we want back in time. The food tastes like it was freshly made… from scratch! Our server is very attentive. She checked on us quite a few times, and another server refilled our coffee without needing to look or ask for her to do so. We genuinely appreciated their quality of service and the savory porkchops, including the corned beef hash.

I love little local diners just like Fallbrook Cafe. The establishment was very clean , the seats wiped, the counter were immediately cleaned after a patron left . The 3 female hostess were genuinely nice and made sure i had everything i needed.The stainless steel appliances did not have grease buildup and were shined . I ordered the Country Fried Steak as usual with my eggs over medium, hash brown and sourdough toast. The toast was perfect , nice crunchy liner with a soft middle. The eggs were a bit undercooked for my liking but they did just fine. The hash brown were hot , crunchy , moist and soft all the right textures. Finally the Country Fried Steak it was good but would really like to see a HOMEMADE steak prepared. I know this was a premade frozen steak because the steak and batter separated as individual parts. I still give this establishment an A+ . If the owner is reading this please just do homemade Country Fried Steak especially if you are going to charge 16.99 for the meal.

Very friendly staff here. It’s a small diner but serve great food. The cornbread and baked potato was delicious. I ordered the turkey dinner plate so it included the entree with your choice of soup or salad and toast or cornbread and your side which I got the baked potato and then ice cream for dessert.

The lemon ricotta pancakes are their specialty, and they are quite delicious. I was asked if I needed maple syrup. None is needed; they are perfect the way they’re served. I took the picture a little too late when the whipped cream had melted.

Pulled up on Saturday evening at 4:30 and there were no customers there. I was a little concerned. Once inside I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious! My daughter had the chicken fried steak and I had a bite. It was delicious too! If you’re in town stop by here and get a bite, you won’t be disappointed!

We love the Fallbrook Cafe. The food tastes like it is right out of Grandmas kitchen (if your grandma was a spectacular cook, that is). The servers are always upbeat, happy, and ready to get you exactly what you want in record time. The food is prepared with expertise and served hot within a short time of ordering. The price is right too. The ambience is ‘small town cafe’ – neat and clean. We would recommend it to everyone who likes good food, service and a great eating experience.

It was okay. Regarding the chili bowl, it was salty. The cornbread from regular to bad, it was probably old because I cached some weird smell from it. The omelette was good, it was accompanied with wheat toasted bread which was good. The best from the place was the attention from the waitress, she was kind , but the food…hmmm good to regular.

This is a great cafe! Service is really good, they are nice, attentive, and patient. The breakfast is better than Denny’s and iHOP (I know they are chains, but I used to love Denny’s breakfast). Sausage links are not you typical Farmer John’s links, they are a little larger. The bacon is where it’s at though. My eggs were cooked perfectly and nothing was burnt. We will continue to go back.
