It was my first and last time going to Falcos pizza. Let’s see I looked up the place online and first strike is that the price seen on their site of $6 and some change is not what is advertised at the store. Second, Jesus I needed two cups of water for the saltiness of that pizza. And lastly my fries where not it, some were a bit cold in the inside.

Stopped by Falco’s Pizza and had a great experience. The cashier was very friendly and honest she let me know the slices out were a bit old but that fresh ones were coming out in about 5 minutes. I appreciated her transparency.
The fresh slice was delicious hot, cheesy, and flavorful with a perfectly baked crust. Totally worth the short wait.

So I only order delivery. Be warned it’s a 50/50 gamble. When it’s right, best order you have. But half the time, they get the order wrong, an item is missing, or your pizza is dropped. When you speak with a manager (if you are lucky there is one there) they are rude. Dropped pizza = $2 credit NEXT TIME! (on a $28 pizza) Driver calls and says he’s here, but he’s 8 minutes out, the manager cusses you out and says you are lying. Too much stress to gamble again when they mess up it up, they don’t care because they do so much volume. Order at your own risk.

We came from out of town and ended up here due to the great reviews. 1st, the staff is top notch, pleasant, helpful…nice guy. We placed our order and the pizza came pretty quickly. It really is good stuff. We also ordered a regular salad. It was just ok. What we didn’t know is, this isn’t really a dine in restaurant. I mean there’s a couple of tables, you get some paper plates and plastic ware if you need. A couple ppl came in and asked us for money…but it’s all good. Not sure if the cleaning part gets done. We had wipe thingees. Just know, this is a different dine-in experience. But! The pizza is good if you’re in the area! We’d visit again.

I grew up in Cicero. I remember going to Falco’s when I was a kid. Thar was 50 years ago. I was in the old neighborhood on 12/23/25. I had to go to Falco’s. And glad that I did. Eating that pizza took me back in time. Keep doing what you are doing.

I ordered a 12 pc wing with ranch and they thought it was a bright idea to put the plastic cups of ranch in the same box as the HOT wings. Obviously the plastic cups melted and the ranch went all over the wings. I was pissed. Pizza was mid so that pissed me off even more lol. On top of that they only had root beer in that huge fridge. I’m never ordering from here again. I got a 16”, 12pc wing, and cheese fries. Came out to $70 lmao terrible

Normally wouldn’t write a review for a place like this, but a few sketchy things happened that felt very off. First we received the order missing several items that we already paid for. The delivery person gave us a new receipt that did not include the items, while my card payment and the app did include the items.
Mistakes happen. I tried calling the restaurant and repeatedly was put on hold (never answered), then they stopped answering all together. My boyfriend called from his phone and they answered right away :/ They rudely explained to me that they did not include the items because they were cleaning the kitchen at the time (5pm on a saturday..). Then even weirder, the app that I ordered from on their website completely deleted trace of the order altogether.
Going to give the benefit of the doubt and say its a matter of some non confrontational bad customer service, but felt so sketchy I had to leave a review sorry. I order food a lot and nothing like this has ever happened.

Pizza was sloppy I asked for light onions and light mushrooms ok half the pizza they put it all over the pizza. I did check it before I left but didn’t notice how deep the mushrooms and onions were deep in the pizza. I asked light onion and mushroom on half but it was over the whole pizza. Also I noticed employees go out and smoke and come back in and put on gloves without washing they’re hands then handle food.

I order a large pizza with a salad. The pizza arrived cold. When I contracted the manager, she was rude and hung up the phone. I will never buy from Falcos pizza. They need to train their staff to treat customers with respect.

This place has changed been going since 1990s and now it’s just horrible bad customer service young hood kids on there phone not giving a care about the customer I remember when the old twin owners had this locations now they sold it to who knows who it’s bad . They lost there touch and they don’t taste the same smaller pieces not good service so sad.
