Service was not all that great, and we waited for our food for about 45 minutes after ordering. We ordered an appetizer, Nacho Supreme, which didn’t come out ahead of our food. We canceled the Nacho Supreme because it still didn’t get served to us before what we all had ordered. I ordered the Steak Fajitas, and I was utterly disappointed as to what they served me and called “Steak Fajitas.” The rice and beans were cold and hardened as if they were sitting out for a while. So I told our server that the food was cold and the Steak Fajitas isn’t what I expected so she told me that she wouldn’t charge us the Fajita plate. And she gathered my order from the table and I waited for my family to finish what they ordered. As for the appetizer she eneded up giving it to a family that was next to our table. Our experience was terrible, and we will never again spend our hard earned money at that restaurant again.

The Rib eye steak was completely raw inside and parts had freezer burn, biscuits are hard as a rock. I cut this away from the rest that was still bloody. So disappointing.

Falcon is from the early days the western look that has not been updated. I felt I was back in the 50s, but I wish it was updated both the interior and exterior. Sometimes we think old is great but it has to look fresh at the same time. It’s not a large menu. I could use a few more choices. I know it’s hard to judge the number of tourists that will be in town, but I noticed most of the customers were locals, so that normally tells guests that the food has taste.

This was an authentic feeling Route 66 restaurant. Food was delicious and service was great.

Service was really slow. We ordered steak and eggs, steak med-rare but got a very rare, tough steak. Server only came back with our bill. Two hours down the road, both of out tummies were rumbling, not good especially since we were traveling to Toas, NM.

We were very disappointed in our visit to this place. The service was terrible, they never offered refills.(The server spoke so low you could hardly hear them.) We ordered Dr. Pepper, Iced tea and for an appetizer fried zucchini. (That was pretty good.) We ordered for our dinner 2 of the chicken fried steak meals and it looked so unappetizing the chicken fried steak was all dried out, the mashed potatoes and the gravy looked like they had been sitting out for hours they had that dried out texture, ( I wish I had a picture.) The mixed vegetables were dry looking as well. The food was barely warm. The dinner rolls one of them had a huge black spot on the side and it looked like someone litterly put the smear of butter on the top of all of them with their finger. We actually gave those Two orders back to the manager, paid for our drinks and appetizer then we left. I’m disappointed I didn’t get pictures of anything. Definitely will not be going back.

The food was wonderful. Found this place while passing through town. This is a hometown diner. Staff was friendly and attentive. Had breakfast of ham & egg. Cooked to perfection.
