The place is in good location but requires a sign that is visible with future customers. They have outdoor and indoor seating. The system is more of self service after you get your order in the counter.
Kudos to the two staff who were juggling to the piled up order that day. We visited Friday around 7pm. I would say if they do have one more staff that would help it would be a little bit smoother from taking orders, preparation, to the giving order. I don’t know how many times it happened but I witness how a customer just gave up because of the waiting time.
Food was good! We had the Falafel Sandwich with Fries on the side, and the fries seasoning is so good! I even bought one. I also add a chicken on the side which is a really good choice. They have their sauces on the side and love the spicy and garlic sauce.
Overall the place is good and this is a good intro with falafel.inc as this is our first time trying it.

The service at Falafel Inc at Pike and Rose was great! The associates on duty were nice and friendly. They prepared my order with care and my sandwich was packed with its flavorful ingredients. The falafel sandwich was fresh, hot and ready, as well as the fries. This location offers a great number of seats and a restroom for those wanting to dine in. I would recommend visiting this location. Note: the restaurant can be easily missed and the store-front is blocked by trees. Falafel Inc is located next to the side entrance of Chipotle.

First time at Falafel Inc. Located Pike and Rose. Plenty of parking. The place is very clean, love the bright windows and the staff were friendly. They greeted us right away! No lines at all even at 5:30 pm today. We got our food pretty quickly. I had some of the fries during my ride home and boy it was yummy! Crispy and the nicely seasoned. When I got home, I devoured the falafel sandwich. Tried all 4 sauces that my friend Jen grabbed. Frankly the sandwich didn’t need anything extra. It was that good and I can’t choose between the four sauces. I like them all. My son had a taste and he liked the Invisible Sauce. Now for the baklava, it’s OK. – more phyllo than nutty. So it’s a pass for me but definitely come back for the falafel sandwich!

Fresh vegetables and freshly fried falafel elevated the joy of lunchtime. The portion of the falafel bowl was just enough for a full meal and was considered affordable locally. The sauces were also very fresh. I preferred using the white sauce, as it balanced the flavors of the vegetables and falafel. The salad even came with pickled items—acceptable in small amounts. The service attitude was also very good.

I had no idea what a falafel was but decided to try it. The young lady at the Pile and Rose location explained it to me. She was very patient and well informed. She even gave me a test taste. Soooo delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

It’s crazy how good this falafel is. And the chicken shawarma too. I am afraid the people of Pike and Rose are not brave enough to try ‘new’ cuisines but I hope y’all prove me wrong. It’s a small menu but it’s all so good. Personally, the zatar fries are a must add.
My only complaint is the sauce containers. If you’re eating in, it’s not a problem cause they have big bottles of sauce you can apply liberally. But if you’re taking your food to go, they have these teenie tiny plastic containers for sauce. It’s crazy, I’d need like 10 of them for one falafel pita. And I would assume most delivery drivers don’t even stop to fill up the little cups. Please have bigger containers for sauce!!!
Also, their hummus is the second best in the entire DMV! So smooth. If you’ve only ever had hummus at american restaurants as an appetizer with carrots or whatever, you’re in for a real treat.

The food was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. The sweet lady at the counter even gave us a dessert when she found out it was my husband’s birthday, which was very thoughtful of her. We’re happy to say we’ve found another favorite spot in the MD area.
