The first time I’ve ever been, and it was pretty good. I thought it was a table service restaurant and didn’t realize it was set up like Chipotle or Moe’s. Their queso and chips were delicious! I got the burrito bowl without regular meat (not double) and it wasn’t enough, definitely suggest double, though it is an upcharge. Overall, would go again.

It’s Fajita Grill, it’s always reliable, consistent and good for a quick grab and go. Only issue was way to many onions after explicitly asking for “just a bit of onion”. It’s all good though. The either always seem to have fun. Everyone is cool, smiling, helpful. Keep it up!

this place gets worse everytime we order here. i always get the same rice bowl and my wife gets the same nachos. half the time the rice is hard, sometimes they fill the box and sometimes its not half full, they always forget to put something in it. this time they forgot to put chips in the nachos. this is not the first time with problems from here seems like everytime something is wrong with are food. we are done going here.

Fajita grill!!! was A great spot in Fulton New York. It was clean not too crowded Very cool And relaxing Dining area. I chose the rice bowl with the side of chips My only complaint for the was rice That it had more than usual crunch Or uncooked / heard rice but Other than that I had a very Pleasant time Would definitely recommend this

Ordered a rice bowl once again I’d never got my sour cream The manager calls me to ask me what I wanted on there I told him what I wanted then they order you send me the wrong order then the manager calls back and tells me I’m sorry but we can’t honor your food and make it right that you got what you got and that’s what I got The owner really needs to rewrap this his business and have the people make our orders the way we order them we pay for them and we should get what we order I am so done with fajita grill is it only does something about it or they need to look at their managers and their staff that work for him. And I get burnt chicken and my tomato is the end of the tomato where you cut the green leaf off and that’s inside my food so not only do I not get what I ordered I get burnt chicken and tomatoes that have the end of the tomatoes in them

I went through ordering two burritos at once. Making it clear the chicken was for my son and the pork with diced jalapeños and cilantro on it was for me. At the end the kid says he put yellow tape on mine. So we pass out our food at the table here. Already getting cold from the blasting air conditioner.. I see my son has my spicey cheese dip that wasn’t spicy at all. So I grab that mind you I double check to see the yellow tape on my box. I’m halfway through eating wondering why there is no kick or nothing. With having jalapeños diced up and “spicey” cheese dip on it. All of a sudden my nine-year-old is talking about his mouth burning. I realize he has my pork, jalapeños, cilantro, and black beans. And I have a chicken burrito no beans, onion, and not much more… Wth… at least my 9 year old loved how his turned out. Definitely a lot better than what I turned out with.. we got three burritos and paid over 60$ everything good and flavorful at all, was an uncharge..
