The worst restaraunt at the resort; Poor service and lukewarm food. Breakfast: great juices and they had the best suasage. Dinner: I ordered 2 items. The kitchen brought me the incorrect meal and then told me the kitchen was closed and couldn’t make the correct meal. The part of the order I received, CAMARONES PROVENÇALE was not hot and barely edible. The shrimp left a poor taste in my mouth, so did the service.

It is shockingly difficult to find a table for 12, especially when we had a prior reservation, and we were celebrating a birthday. We needed to negotiate with the manager to get a table for 12. As usual in this hotel, the staff barely speak or understand English. The menu sounded good, but when the food arrived, it was so bad. The steak had a weird texture, and tasted bad. The desserts, we ordered crepes, were tiny, and by tiny I mean 1/4th of a normal crepe. Disappointingly, but not surprisingly, the crepe had no filling, and was drier than the Sahara. The atmosphere was the only good part. Would only recommend if you don’t plan on eating.

One of the better restaurants within westin conchul. The waiter was attentive to allergies and was friendly. It is a fancier restaurant, so dress up. The food flavor was good, happy with the menu they offered, we will definitely be eating here more when we return to westin.

Service- the host was very polite and welcoming. The wait staff was helpful and attentive.
Food- we ordered the beef tartar, the salads, the beet hummus, mahi mahi, beef tenderloin, octopus and mussels pasta, tikka masala chicken and for dessert, the vanilla and caramel crepes and orosi catalana cream. Everything was delicious except for the orosi catalana cream. It was cool and warm, creamy and crunchy and the color was an odd beige. It reminded me of a cross between flan and creme brulee. The beef tartar was okay, but i would not order again.
Ambiance- very nice! The tables are beautifully set up and not too close to each other, the lighting is nice and overall just warm and inviting.
We will be dining here again during our stay at the Westin.

I was able to visit this restaurant twice during my stay. Once with a very large group celebrating a birthday party, and once by myself. The service is phenomenal, food is excellent and the atmosphere is quiet and romantic.

Food is great. Service is extremely poor. Tenderloin (filet mignon) is the best I have ever had anywhere. The Westin Colada and the Blue Hawaiian are great drinks. The problem with all-inclusive is that almost no one tips and you have extremely low wage employees with little incentive. Had to hunt 3 people down to get our desert.

Alonzo, the host, is awesome! Really good guy, and very caring. Our servers have been great, but he’s by far the best here. Give this guy a raise!
