Found this gem today while in Rumson. We ordered 2 sandwiches. Italian and shrimp salad. They were both Excellent. Old school subs and to big to finish! The people working there were super friendly. We will definitely be back when in the area! Thank you to the owner for running a top notcch deli!

Fairwinds Deli is the favorite Deli of the local community, providing lunches to many of the local school children. I love it for a great breakfast sandwich, or custom-made lunch special. Warren and Joyce, Warren’s mom, and the whole crew are the nicest people around, and always welcome you to their cozy deli. They have an intimate dining area with tables and a counter. Lunch time can be hectic with all the kids, but fun as well. Great daily specials, plus a whole separate juice bar in the same room!! Coffee and tea are great as is their selection of top-quality cold beverages.

I’ve been going to Fairwinds for my entire life. There is no place to get a better Italian sub. Their breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal and all of the employees are always incredibly friendly. They also have a wide variety of classic candy that you won’t find at a a Wawa or Acme
