Been here a few times for pizza, but got a capri panini (tomato, basil, and mozzarella on bread as written in their menu) today because I’ve been trying to eat better. What I got was a lot of fake tasting cheese, one leaf of basil, and one slice of tomato with mayo. I’m allergic to mayo, so if I knew there was going to be mayo on it, I would have had it taken off. Knowing I (someone who doesn’t cook really) could have made a better sandwich for less than $15 was disappointing.
They have good pizza, but their paninis leave A LOT to be desired.

Fairmount Pizza never disappoints! The food is consistently amazing. The pizza is top tier, and the buffalo wings are even better. Beyond the great food, their customer service truly sets them apart.
The manager, Peter, has always taken the time to address any concerns I’ve ever had with professionalism and care, which says a lot about how this place is run. The employees, Faith and Lena, are always a pleasure to order with. They’re friendly, attentive, and make sure my order is correct every single time.

Fairmount pizza definitely my number 1 place to eat at. The customer service is great, and you can sit down and eat inside. My favorite thing to eat is the cheesesteak, and pizza. A very good spot to sit down and eat at without a bunch of noise. The manager named Peter is very polite and always helpful. This place is a great spot overall

How do you mess up a salad? The lady taking my order was nice but she kept saying she didn’t understand what I meant I explained plenty of times that I wanted Spinach and Caesar mixed salad. I received a Caesar salad with cooked spinach on top. Why would I want hot spinach on my salad. If I wanted cooked spinach I would’ve asked for “cooked” spinach. I’m not mad at her I just think communication and understanding was way off. When I called back the manager said spinach only comes as a topping. I wish that was explained initially after me explaining 4-5 different times to the lady who took my order. It’s disappointing to pay almost $43 for 2 salads just to not get a simple order correct. Not to mention 1 cup of dressing for each salad that’s not filled up (which barely wets the whistle) and $2 extra for another cup that’s not filled up. I love to support small businesses which my family has supported this one for years. A simple apology would’ve went a long way but it’s clear that I’m just another “customer”. BYE FOR GOOD FAIRMOUNT

Ordered a buffalo chicken slice to go three bites and I asked if they could give me a little bit more of the ranch drizzle across the top because it was really spicy and they said that it would cost me two dollars. They don’t have a drizzle I would have to buy a container of it and it’s not ranch, it’s blue cheese. I asked if there was any on there already and they stated there was already blue cheese on it, however clearly not enough because it was very spicy to me . so why would I be charged to add a little bit more to the pizza? Horrible service and experience. Like seriously??! Never coming again. Lost a local family to your business over a tiny bit of blue cheese on a buffalo chicken pizza slice 🙁 sad

The pizza slice was very delicious! I was walking to my bus stop and decided to give Fairmount a try. It was by far one of the best homemade pizzas I’ve had in Philly! Definitely coming back on the next trip back up here

Stopped in for slice of sausage pizza while attending the Fairmount flea market. I was surprised they served it by the slice. It’s NY style with a thin crush. I had the Italian sausage with fennel, very good. Fold it in half and take a bite just like your mom taught ya!

Great slices for when you are walking home from the bar. However for take out/pick up they dump ketchup on your fries. So make sure you inform them no ketchup on your fries so you won’t be disturbed like I am. You’re welcome.

So I went to pickup an too good order and quite was surprised they were open it’s new years eve. I want pizza my order is accepted and i paid. So I went drive over 15 mins,pickup is at 9 pm doors lock not mad, but they are in there cleaning good they leaving early who wants at work on years eve i left work early. Knocking for 8 mins now and here is were i got mad and will not try this place again. The guy who will not coming to the door to tell me anything starts mocking me trying to show my phone so he could see i got paid order. Still calm all I needed was them to say girl we trying to leave so i could get my refund from too good. Finally after 10 minutes opens the door and addressed me a woman out in the cold trying to find a new pizza for me and my old parents so I don’t have to cook. No I am sorry you came out just very rudely get your refund!

The owner was being so rude. I wanted to use the bathroom and was told that i couldn’t. My car was getting towed to a location and had to wait for triple aa right across the street from the pizza place. I would have brought whatever they had on the menu. But the owner shrugged his shoulders like I don’t care about what u are talking and you can not use my bathroom without buying something Trash!!!
