FairLane: Cocktails and Coffee is Dripping Springs next destination for family enjoyment and relaxation. Fairlane is the brainchild of a Dripping Springs family that wanted to bring welcoming hospitality through artfully crafted cocktails, fresh brewed coffee, local beer, a curated wine list, and flavorful local food trucks to an all-encompassing venue in the heart of their community. FairLane will provide an environment where friends and families come to gather, drink, eat and enjoy all that life has to offer. FairLane will offer a variety of coffee beverages with coffee beans provided by hill country roasters, cocktails showcasing seasonal Texas flavors, a quality selection of craft beer and wine, and fare from local food trucks.

Latte menu is fresh and exciting. I picked bourbon pecan latte and it’s the best I’ve had. Good truck with tacos and pizza and great atmosphere overall. Staff is very helpful and friendly – came brought me my drink with a smile.

This is such a nice place. So happy I stumbled upon it while exploring the area. It’s a great vibe, and I love that they have the playground outside for the kids. Had a chance to talk to the owners, who were very friendly, welcoming, and gave me so much info about Dripping. The two drinks I had were fantastic. Just wish I had more time to stay and try more.

Perfectly balances family fun and great food. This place has it all – a delightful family environment, food, creative cocktails, food trucks, and an awesome playground that my kids absolutely loved!
The outdoor seating area was spacious, and there was plenty of room for families to spread out and enjoy their meals.
Overall, this place exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a fantastic spot for families looking for a fun, relaxed evening out with excellent food, inventive cocktails, and a playground that will keep the kids entertained. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Had a great time with our group of 6 enjoying the delicious coffee and bright space. Parking is very easy and there are some food trucks located outside with seating and umbrellas. Looks pretty family friendly outside with a playscape as well.

I’ve been going to FairLane for a couple years now, I’m terrible at remembering to review places, so this is long overdue.
I appreciate literally everything about this place. I go for solo work days, day dates, meetups with friends with kids, and group gatherings. No matter the purpose, the result is the same. The team is authentically friendly and accommodating. The drinks are made with intention to taste – coffee, tea, or cocktails – they aim for balance and quality.
Bonus points that the space is ALWAYS clean and the music is fantastic.
I often go out of my way to get my caffeine fix here when I’m in need and in Dripping Springs.

Great experience. The owners are amazing people. The employees always have good energy. Great coffee and drinks. Come here often to grab coffee and work. Fast wifi, good music, tv, A/C. Good vibes all around. Highly recommend.

It has been a horrible experience every time I have visited. The owner yells at children, the quality of the product is abysmal, and the employees seem miserable. I think you can see from the owner’s reply exactly what I’m referencing, and it doesn’t take many conversations within the community to find others who have had their children yelled at by this guy. Yikes. There are many other great coffee places in the area like Mazama, Alchemy, Nectarine, and Lucky Dog. Each has food and great owners that don’t have severe anger problems.

My husband and I love Fairlane. It’s so close to us and always just feels like home. My husband works from here a lot, we have meetings here, and always enjoy the kid experience and coffee. The owners always go out of their way to make it a great experience!

Fairlane is our favorite local spot for the best coffee (try the iced Avena Miele), cocktails (Rita), wide selection of beer on tap, or a quick dinner (Quesabiria from Chingon) where we can also let our little play on their playground that’s gated.
Kev and Cass (the owners) truly have created something special here in Dripping Springs and you can tell how much they care from the quality of their drinks to how good the food trucks are they have on site.

Stopped in here on the way home from a day trip to Pedernales Falls State Park and this place is awesome. Great and friendly service. Very clean. Drinks are on point! Threw food trucks that provide ice cream, burgers, and Mexican food which I’ll cover in a separate review. Definitely recommend stopping in here for a drink and chill out for a bit.
