I haven’t had Fairfield Pizza since my college days, and I was pleasantly surprised when I had them again at the Stratford location! I broadened my horizons and tried their pan pizza and a Brazilian style one, and both were delicious. Even the wings and spaghetti were good, and I was impressed to see how many gluten free options they had available. We dined in and had a pleasant waiter who checked in on us often. Great spot for a casual meal or easy takeout!

I love Farfield pizza. They have a diverse pizza, pasta and salad menu, their new location is now offering table service, delicious Cocktails and Wine. The attendants are super Friendly and I always feel welcome here. The owners and manager are often present making sure everything is going smoothly and that your order is correct. Everybody is talking about their new bread recipe which is also so GOOD. The Nonna’s pizza is delicious and their penne à la vodka is famous. For those who prefer it delivered the delivery fee is considerably low and they make sure the pizza is delivered on time.

We tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. We enjoyed our meal very much, as well as dessert. Our server was wonderful! Very attentive, professional, and friendly. We will definitely return, and look forward to trying something new from their extensive menu! We also felt the prices were reasonable..I definitely recommend this restaurant

Beef patty was not that great, taste was commericalized, no authenticity. Salad I bought, does not even look like they care about quality dirt still on lettuce, found insect in my salad. Lack of quality control I expected better.

I’ve been ordering pizza from Fairfield Pizza both the one in Fairfield and the one in Stratford for almost ten years, and I never had issues before. But ever since they moved into the old Boston Market spot in Stratford, I’ve ordered from them maybe five or six times. And for the last three times in a row, the quality has just been awful.
The first time, they sent me a pizza with barely any cheese on it. I let it slide because I’ve been a customer for so long, so I just figured maybe they had a bad day or something.
The second time, the pizza was so overcooked and hard it was basically like eating cardboard.
I started thinking, “Okay, maybe I should just stop ordering from them.”
But today I tried one more time, just because they have delivery and it’s convenient. And what did I get? A completely cold pizza. I had to stick it back in my oven and re-cook it myself. Ever since they moved to this new location, the quality has just gone completely downhill.
I’m paying $27 plus tip, so about $35 total, for a large pizza. And if this is the quality I’m getting for that price, I might as well just go buy a frozen pizza at a supermarket and heat it up myself. At least that way I’m not wasting money on delivery and tip for something that’s this disappointing.
I’m sure the owners think losing one customer isn’t a big deal, but they need to realize that their quality is visibly dropping. And I’m probably not the only customer who feels this way. Others might not speak up, but they’ll just stop ordering too.
Honestly, I don’t know who’s running the place now, but they really need to think about it. If they fix this quality issue, I’d be happy to come back. But as it stands, I’d rather go somewhere else or just buy frozen pizza and skip the hassle and the extra cost. You guys better watch out, because if you keep this up, I’m not sure how long your business is going to last in that new location.

Refused to honor a coupon that they gave me yesterday. Great way to treat their customers, if they are dishonest with their offers, who knows what else?? I can’t trust they have good quality food either. Good luck. Eat at your own risk.

I hate to write this with them changing locations just last week. But, pizza is ok. Nothing special. Same as everyone else but very pricey. I was supposed to get a free small plain as I spent over 40$. Well I got charged 83$ for 3 pizzas. So I’m guessing the sm cheese wasn’t free. Welp doesn’t matter because I’ll never go back. It’s too bad I live a half mile alway and do a lot of entertaining. Could have been my new go to. We’ll keep pushing on and fine another since Salerno’s closed.
