Failla’s is truly a gem right off campus—it feels like stepping into a second home every time I walk through the doors. The atmosphere is so warm and cozy, and everyone here makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive.

I have to give a special shoutout to Chrissy and Jessie, two of the most incredible servers I’ve ever had. Their service is nothing short of divine—kind, attentive, and always with a smile that makes the whole experience even more wonderful.

The food is absolutely delicious, comforting, and clearly made with love. Whether you’re coming in for a quick bite or a long meal with friends, Failla’s never disappoints. It’s rare to find a place that blends amazing food, welcoming people, and such a heartwarming atmosphere all in one spot.

Failla’s isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a family. I can’t recommend it enough!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Failla’s Pizzeria & Ristorante in Phoenixville! The dining area was spotless, well-organized, and had a warm, inviting design. We loved being able to see into the kitchen — it was just as clean and well-kept as the dining room. Even the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated, which says a lot about the pride they take in their establishment.

Our server, Chrissy, was fantastic! She was welcoming, knowledgeable about the entire menu, and anticipated everything we needed before we even asked. Her enthusiasm made our evening even better.

The food was outstanding. Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was perfect, and the onion petals with the accompanying sauce were so good I honestly could have eaten the whole basket myself! The Chicken Saltimbocca was hearty and well-balanced with the spaghetti underneath, and the Failla’s Grilled Chicken Sandwich was both beautifully presented and full of flavor.

We also grabbed a white pizza and Grandma’s Pie to go so we could share with family at home. Both were delicious, but the Grandma’s Pie really stood out with its buttery, chewy focaccia-like crust and rich, flavorful sauce — simply unforgettable!

Fast, friendly, and truly hospitable service combined with amazing food and a sparkling clean environment — Failla’s is definitely a place I can’t wait to visit again!

I came here expecting dinner and left questioning every other pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life.

First off, Carlo and the team are awesome. The staff is ridiculously friendly — the like the kind of friendly that makes you wonder if they secretly know you or if they’re just genuinely great people.

Now let’s talk about the Grandma’s Pizza. Whoever invented this deserves a national holiday. I’m not exaggerating when I say I took one bite and immediately started planning my next visit before I even finished the slice.

I’ve known Carlo since we were kids, and it’s been amazing watching him grow up learning the craft in his dad’s restaurant. You can tell the whole place is built on family, pride, and seriously good food. Every dish that comes out looks like it belongs in a food commercial.

Fair warning: if you eat here once, you’ll probably start making excuses to come back. “Oh look… I forgot something near the restaurant again.”

10/10. Amazing atmosphere, amazing food, amazing people. Do yourself a favor and get the Grandma’s Pizza.

Great food the Stromboli version of the special Philly cheesesteak which included seeded dough was packed end to end the personal size easily fed two people. We also enjoyed the Chick-fil-A special pizza complete with sauce fried chicken tenders and french fries. The Dough was perfect and they make all homemade sauces and gravy here. All the servers are friendly from the greeting until the seating. Our server Chrissy was very experienced and offered us time and options to help us make the best decision for our order. We complemented the meal with two delicious stuffed cannolis. I highly recommend this place for the all-around Food quality and super friendly service. You won’t be disappointed.

I have dined in with Failla’s, had takeout, and catered a meal for 60 teachers and staff and the food and service has been fantastic every time. Grandmas pizza and Failla’s salad are delicious and have quickly become favorites. We cannot wait to eat there again and to use their catering service. Highly recommend!

The thin crust Sicilian pizza is AMAZING. We usually get their traditional white pizza which is also great, but when we shook it up and tried something new we were not disappointed! I even picked up my takeout order 2 minutes after they closed and nobody made a big deal out of it, so that’s appreciated. I’ve always had good experiences with the staff.

Our first time visiting, three of us went on a Friday night. We called for reservations and were advised that they get busy so earlier is better. When we arrived we were seated promptly, Andrew, one of the servers came over immediately. He was friendly, brought beverages quickly and had a very positive vibe. He continually checked in on us throughout the meal, refilling drinks and making sure we were content. Chrissy, out maincourse server has a great sense of humor, very personable and menu and restaurant knowledgeable. When she found out it was our first visit she shared about the homemade soups and differences among pizzas. She did not steer us wrong! Hard to please all 3 of us at one place, but this restaurant did. Only downside is when the door to the outside opens our booth was chilly. We’ll be back!

wanted to love this place because i heard so many good things, but the pizza was a 6.2, not a ton of crisp, sauce was bland. I did enjoy the boneless chicken wings.
